Nicest pharmacist and person you will ever meet. Muhammad will go the extra mile to make sure you have what you need and is always there to lend an ear. He was also the best boss I’ve ever had , which says a lot about his character.

Him and his team are also very fast most of the time , they do get very busy on occasion but never have I had a problem. I would wait days at shoppers , never more than a day here unless it’s through the clinic - then it might be a day or two.

Thank you so much for all you have done for myself and my family over the last 4 years. We couldn’t be more grateful.

I went to this clinic because I have no doctor and have been suffering with diabetes symptoms. The clinic is a bit of a pain but this is the day and age we live in . Meaning waiting on the doctor to call you. Never see a doctor in person
But man the Pharmacist there is absolutely amazing and knows his stuff. In fact this Pharmacist is by far the best one I've ever used. Knowledgeable friendly. I strongly would recommend this Drug Store snd staff to anyone. AMAZING

Place is a joke! Walk-in clinic will charge u for not having your health card. I had my wallet stolen and haven’t been able to replace in!

Always friendly service. Except that one time the pharmacist asked me how far along I was, and I was holding my 8 month old son. I think he was more mortified about me saying I'm not pregnant, than I was his question. Still a very nice guy. I think we both learned something from that experience.

My complaint is not with the pharmacy itself but with how the walk-in clinic works.
I arrived at about 10:30 a.m. on a Tuesday. The nurse on staff was wonderful, thorough and compassionate. No complaint there either. She took my information, symptoms, etc. and said a doctor would call me later in the day. But if I did not hear from the doctor then I should call her the next morning to get on his list again. I DIDN'T hear from the doctor, and I arrived fairly early in the day. I presume anyone who came in after me also did not hear from the doctor. Why is the doctor taking on patient calls if he can't get to them that day? I have to assume this happens regularly because of the way the nurse gave me instructions to handle the situation. I didn't bother to call in the next day because how do I know if I'm going to hear from him the next day? Instead I found a walk-in clinic in Belleville where there is a doctor on site. I thought walk-in clinics were to address immediate issues. Even if you're lucky enough to have a family doctor it could be days before you can get an appointment. So I wouldn't recommend this walk-in clinic unless your issue can wait a day or two.

I went to this walk-in clinic the first of May because the one I was using closed. I wanted a prescription filled that I have been using for many years. I took the bottle from the previous refill showing 2 tablets daily for 90 days (3 months) for a total of 180 tablets. When I went to the pharmacy, a different one than is attached to the clinic, the prescription I was given was for 90 tablets. I returned to the clinic and explained what happened. I was given 1 refill for the other half. Last week I returned to the clinic to get another refill and explained what had happened before. The nurse was very pleasant and took the information to refill the prescription for 180 tablets, 90 days worth. Again, the doctor gave me a prescription for 1/2, or 90 tablets for 45 days. I have spent time making 1 unnecessary trip to the pharmacy and spending money on an unnecessary dispensing fee. In order to receive the other half of the prescription, I would have to make another unnecessary trip and pay for another dispensing fee. I'm not prepared to do this. I don't recommend this clinic, so I will find another one.

Good experience with this pharmacy.
Always have help with what I need right away. They make it very easy to renew a prescription over the phone. Pharmacist is very nice along with his assistant. I'd recommend this pharmacy for people looking for a good pharmacist and or in need of a telemedicine clinic.
