Had a good experience with the receiving team at Trenton Cold Storage. Staff were professional, organized, and got me unloaded in a reasonable time. The check-in process was smooth, and they kept things moving efficiently. Appreciate the respectful attitude and clear communication. Would be glad to deliver here again.

Love coming too unload at places that respect truck drivers ! Now in todays day n age , hard to find ! Very very nice night time staff! kyle , their night time Supervisor, what a gentleman! Very nice to deal with , he's super friendly, Really down to earth person ! Told me a time he will unload and respected it , less than 45 minutes for a whole 53 foot load! i was really early , practically a day earlier than my appointment, he had no issues unloading me as soon as they got their night work done ! Overnight parking on premises. Thank you Trenton Cold Storage ! Would come to unload here everynihht if i could !

Delivered here this morning. Experience was pretty decent. Deanne, in the receiving office, was super nice. I didn't have that 5 star unloading time though, sorry Deanne, ha! Maybe next time. They have a huge parking lot that you can park in and overnight, which is pretty decent. All in all, I was happy.

I must say, this is one of the smoothest delivery that I made.. I got 50 min late from the appointment time.. but they unloaded without giving any stress.. plenty of backing space an overnight parking is available.. Appreciate for such amazingly facilities..
