He addressed my concerns and was able to supply me with a few good Indian Restaurants in the area. I was very anxious when I started treatment at Trenton Physiotherapy, but the team is great and made me feel comfortable quickly, soon I was looking forward to my appointments. Now I’m transitioning from twice a week to every other week and I’m anxious and sad to be there less often.

Steph (kin) made me feel more at easy from the start, focused on my needs when building our schedule which made the process much easier on me.

Palak (physio), from my initial assessment with her, was very attentive and helpful, she also helped and supported me through the Dr assessment portion of our initial assessment, which I was very nervous about.

Mel (RMT) complemented the kin and physio treatments focusing on the areas that need the more attention, my knees feels so much better and my back and shoulders looser.

Becky (front desk) is always smiling and happy, my son loves ‘working’ with her whenever he is with me during treatment.

Abbey even though she is not my provider, brightens my day every time I visit. Always fun, friendly and lovely to talk with… or mess with!

Asha has been working more closely with me lately for both my kin program and physio treatments. She is attentive, always there to correct my movements when needed and adapts my exercises when I feel more pain asking plenty of questions to ensure she gives me her best.

Barb was patiente with me from day 1 when I asked her to book me over 10 appointments in one go. She always shows interest in my little family and our life chronicles.

I've had an excellent experience at this clinic. The level of personalized care and attention truly sets it apart from others I’ve visited. Unlike some physiotherapy clinics that overbook and leave clients feeling like an afterthought, here the focus truly feels like every session is worth the trip. Every session feels intentional, with plenty of one-on-one time and consistent support.

Mel, although newly qualified as an RMT, is outstanding. Don’t let her size fool you—she’s incredibly strong 😂 and skilled. Her new massage table also adds a layer of comfort that makes a noticeable difference.

Steph, a kinesiologist, is amazing to work with. She constantly comes up with creative and effective ways to challenge me, keeping each session fresh and engaging. Her upbeat personality and deep knowledge make a real impact on my recovery and motivation.

Highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking for focused, professional, and truly supportive care.

I feel better and more mobile in my legs now. The staff is very knowledgeable and compassionate. Some reviews complain that all they do is provide you with exercises to help you recover. Well, yes! But it is up to the individual to do these exercises as a sort of homework assignment. These have to be repeated!

Pt Health has everything in house from physio/kinisiology/massage and have been very helpful working through old injuries from the RCAF. All the staff are welcoming and Palak and Stephanie are great at what they do. Highly recommended!
