Absolutely amazing! Me and my mom got a flyer in the mail for their services and decided to check it out, it’s absolutely beautiful inside and everyone is absolutely amazing and so nice! Me and my mom were offered a beverage immediately and then We filled out the mandatory paperwork before getting looked at and entered our hobbies when asked on the paper and when our appointments were done we walked out to the front and we were greeted with little gift bags catered to us and the things we liked it was so sweet, I don’t have many hobbies and I just had a baby so I put taking care of my newborn loll and it said congratulations on the bag and had a bunch of awesome small little things inside!! As we were walking out we were also given the choice to take anything off of the snack table and told to have an amazing day, I definitely recommend checking out their services:) our appointment went well and my hearing is amazing 😌

My daughter and I had our appointment last Friday, we were offered a sparkling water, so I took one. We went into our appointment together, very thorough, looked in my ears, then they have a booth, did my hearing test. Then they discuss your results. Afterwards we were given a goody bag to go home, offered veggie chips and a puzzle book( crosswords, search a word and Sudoku. All and all great people, great visit!

Can't say enough good things about True Hearing Health! The staff is amazing! They make you feel so welcome. My hearing exam/test went smoothly and efficiently. I highly recommend them. I will never go anywhere else! Also made an appointment for my husband.

Kelly and Kayla were great! I went to True Hearing Health to get a hearing test before an ENT appointment - the test was easy and the staff was so friendly. Kayla explained to me in detail the results of my test and how to proceed. Would highly recommend to anyone with a hearing/audiology issue!!!

I received a letter in the mail about a special event for hearing testing in my area. I honestly didn't know this place existed but I'm glad I do. It's so close to my house that I was able to walk there in under 15 minutes, they also validate your parking if you need it. My whole family has since gone in to see them and everyone was awesome. The staff is so polite and friendly and easy to work with, I filled out my paperwork and in no time was in the booth getting my ears checked. The staff discussed my hobbies and interests and shared their stories of similar nature with me, it was a very pleasant environment to be in. If I ever need anything hearing related done I will definitely go and see them again.
