Do not visit Dr. Sandy Shani. I have been suffering from a bleeding disorder for the past 5 years. When I first came to Dr. Shani I explained my entire history. In one of my appointments Dr. Shani wanted to conduct a test to see if I have depression. Well, of course I do because I've been suffering from a disorder. Instead of helping me treat the root cause she wanted me to take pills. Today, I asked for a gyno referral and she had no idea about m bleeding disorder and responded with a "Wow!". Wanted me to answer all the same questions I had responded to in our first meeting. When I got frustrated because she didn't have any medical notes on me and had to ask me the same information she said "I don't like your attitude, find yourself a new Doctor".

If you want a doctor who listens, is understanding and actively wants to treat your medical problems DO NOT GO TO DR. SANDY SHANI. She will waste your time.

I understand times are tough right now, but it’s pretty frustrating having to be put on a waiting list when my father, mother, sister and brother all have beshay as their doctor. My family doctor unexpectedly quit back In July and I’ve been without a family doctor since. Idk I just feel like there should be exceptions if say your whole family is with that doctor. Sucks knowing I might have to wait a year or 2 to get accepted.

Beshay is a good doctor. I’m just frustrated right now

This office is the worst I’ve ever encountered
I regularly wait weeks for my prescription renewals- (at this time going on 4 weeks waiting for a renewal- I ran out 2 weeks ago). These are not cosmetic creams but hypertension meds I need to stay alive
It’s a simple fax that no other doctors office seems to have an issues with

Last visit to the office Dr Beshays first comment was that they could “take care of the spots on my hands”. I’m 55 with hypertension and a bad back so the spots on my hands are the Least of my worries - one would only hope that your family doctor would be more concerned with the life threatening issues over the cosmetic

If doctors weren’t so rare right now I would Run not walk away from this practice

I haven't had a doctor in a very long time, and then I found TrueMedica Clinic and the staff there is amazing. My doctor is Dr. Marina Beshay, and she not only listens to what I need but she works with me and hard to help me. She is compassionate and understanding. I am not an easy patient so I am very grateful for her and how she treats me. I feel heard from her.
