I found out my doctor only works 2 days a week. I have a serious skin infection that could turn septic and the appointment available for me is March 2025. I'd be dead by then. I had to sit in a ER just to get penicillin.
I am looking for a new doctor.

They rarely answer the phone. When you go in you will be ignored at the window while the staff all sit around and chat about their personal lives. What an absolute joke of a Healthcare system.

Finally have a family doctor, if only they would answer the phone to get an appointment sometime in the next two months. Was gonna get a spot on my skin checked..guess I’ll just die

Rude, unsympathetic and uncaring front staff. No one ever picks up the phone. Appointments are given 3 months or later, I guess you die in the meantime. Waiting for hours even when you have an appointment. The walk-in clinic has better service. NS government - this is not a solution!

Thinking we finally had a doctor and would get some help is false. Called this morning to schedule an appointment and I am not able to get in to see Dr Mancusi until May 9th !! Advised to go to ER ...well that is what we were doing , told we had a doc so we would not have to do that !! #Timhouston is this what Trudeau has done to our healthcare

No stars if possible, plan your what you need to see the Dr for at least 5 months in advance, defiantly expect 1 topic only and 10 minutes max. Front staff of which there appears to plenty off never picks up phone calls and doesn't return calls.

After 4 years on the wait list, I finally got a doctor. Dr. Sadasivuni is competent if a bit perfunctory. The low review is based on the fact that it seems impossible to get through on the line to book an appointment. I have called constantly only to get a voicemail that says I can't leave a message. I want to go back to Maple. At least I could get an appointment and action.
