I will preface that I wrote this review and took it down at the request of the receptionist. After her manager saw it, she called me and told me we can come in after all and the doctor would see us. Nevertheless, this needs to be put out there so I am reposting despite being asked to remove my review. This is my honest interaction with this clinic and I encourage the manager to call me directly.

The receptionist is the saving grace of this clinic. None of this review should reflect on her - she gets the brunt of it when the onus is on the doctors and the poorly managed clinic itself.

I took my 23 month old in on a Saturday when my family doctors office was closed, as he took a turn Friday overnight and I knew he needed medication. This is the only walk in clinic in Woodstock and I was turned away and told the doctor who is in this day won't see a child this young, and suggested I come back Wednesday. I went to the walk in for obvious reasons; it's a Saturday and my family doctor is closed on weekends. Illness struck suddenly, and my toddler needed medication for an ear infection.

This is beyond poor health care. Shame on you. What kind of doctor won't see a child who is sick? You should be ashamed of yourself. You are a doctor in a walk in clinic and you're cherry picking your patients?

Upon seeing this review, I was called and told I can come in, but to remove my post. The doctor assessed and was kind, but this was stressful and exhausting and left a sour taste. I'll never go back. I will always advocate for my child who cannot for himself and I'm glad I did. Trusty Care, call me. I would like to discuss this situation.

This review is for Nicole. The wonderful lady who appears to run the clinic. She is just a joy. Always smiling and keeping everything running smoothly. I was there this afternoon and unfortunately she was not, and boy can you tell the difference. Very chaotic. I just wanted to say Nicole truly is a rising star at this clinic. Wtg !!

This clinic is busy! But is absolutely worth the time due to the care and service. The medical staff have always been on their A game with the care. The front staff do a great job of keeping people informed on the wait and process. I have been helped by Amanda the front admin who is always knowledgeable, helpful and supportive. I recommend this spot if you need health care in Woodstock.

We arrived as the clinic opened at 9:30 am and realized they start taking a list of patients before they even open and before a doctor is even onsite. The doctor didn't arrive until 10 am and the intake receptionist had no idea why he hadn't arrived yet or when he was going to arrive. As I was leaving I held the door open for a man who looked professional and when I asked if he was the doctor he said unprofessionally "I think so." Thank you for respecting the time of the members of your community. Well done.

I don’t usually write reviews but this place was awful compared to northwood. If you’re not there right when they open you probably won’t see the doctor. Went at 12 on a day they close a 5pm(doctor leaves at 3pm a lot ig) was told there’s about an hour wait and there wasn’t many people in the waiting room. They put a sign up at 1pm saying no more patients(but they ended up taking a lot more for some reason). 2pm comes and i ask how much longer it will be and the lady says “you still have 10 people ahead of you”. Meaning I won’t be seen before the doctor goes home.
SIDE NOTE: one woman came in with an appointment set for that day at a certain time and the receptionist acted like the lady had the day wrong. Another woman came in and said they told her to come back at 2pm and they had forgot abt her I’m assuming.
The whole point of a WALK-IN is so there’s no appointments and it’s first come first serve. So very upsetting when a bunch of people were called before me when they showed up AFTER. All I needed was a prescription of antibiotics that the pharmacy wouldn’t give me without seeing a doctor.

I went there bc I was sick and my doctor was out of town. Unfortunately I cannot give them 5 stars because the waiting times were extremely long which I understand bc I feel like there’s not enough staff in the place to help so many people that do not have family doctors and there was only one doctor in the building when I went. I cannot imagine how stressful it is to work there so hats off to you. Luckily the meds that are provided for me do the job and I hope that they can get more staff to assist patients as well as with staff with running the walk in clinic without having to wait around 3 hours.

Took my son in today to the clinic, the receptionist had a smile on her face made me feel welcome, in less than 10 minutes I was in the room waiting to see the doctor, 5 minutes later the doctor saw my son. What amazing experience.
