They were great! They didn't ask for full exams and full xrays as a new patient, they got right to the point of why I was there, answered all my questions and made sure my concerns were heard. The fact that they direct billed my insurance was a bonus and the receptionist went over everything with me. Very thorough, I highly recommend this office.

Professional, understanding and kind. Very accommodating for my daughter who was really nervous about getting her teeth pulled. Dr Rob was patient, encouraging and shared what was happening and what would be felt. Julia was fantastic; happy, kind and encouraging. Great atmosphere for the unpleasant experience.

Had a great experience at Tweed Dental Care this morning. Everyone is so friendly at the office and Dr. Rob is great. I'm not a fan of needles but my filling was quick and painless! Highly recommended.

Great friendly service with a minimal wait time in office for appointment. Quite often get a call for an appointment for an earlier date which is awesome. All care has been very gentle and efficient.

Just curious is it often that a patient, who calls about a tooth problem and needs attention. Is told I can fit you in, in 5 weeks then the patient calls next day as the tooth is worse then they tell them I can fit you in the next week ? This patient has been a patient for many years. ps. Iam not this patient. Wish we could have spoken to the dentist not the receptionist
