My package was left on the road curb instead of my doorstep—completely unprofessional and irresponsible. Their poor service, lack of responsibility, and non-functional website support form, can’t even meet basic delivery standards, make them not even worth one star; absolutely not recommended!!!

I have ordered a package from Ali express and have been waiting almost 2 months now. I’ve heard the excuse of “couldn’t locate your location” when we gave clear instructions twice by calling them and helping them locate our place. They have tried to deliver 3 times now and we still haven’t received the package hearing the same excuse every time. This is the worst delivery service I’ve ever experienced. It’s not that complicated just take packages and drop them off it’s super simple. I can’t even drive to their location and pick it up which is ridiculous.

This has to be the absolute worst delivery company in the world! Excuse after excuse as to why they ‘’can not locate my address’’ it’s on google maps and not days but weeks to actually receive my parcel. Drivers are the most incompetent people I’ve ever met… not hard to deliver packages!!!

They have had my parcel out for delivery for 6 days. Today they marked it delivered and notified Nike that it was delivered. But we have not received our package and they have no contact information or phone number. Customer service in Montreal says they don’t know where it is… this company is a joke and we are being robbed by these delivery drivers. They marked them delivered and keep the product. So you have to go back to the company you purchased the product from and fight for the money back on a parcel you paid for but never received. I believe they are stealing from us.
