My husband was a patient of Dr. Ashe and then Dr. Hoyeck (who took over for Dr. Ashe for less than a year), at the time he was told that no other Drs in the UCFHT were accepting new patients, so he has been without a Dr. for over a year. It is my understanding that the UCFHT has acquired a few new Drs since then, why have previous patients not been offered a spot with these Drs?

My doctor is Dan. He is a very thorough and compassionate professional. Way better then my last doctor. The staff has always served me well with any appointments or questions I may have for either myself or my wife. In these times I'm very grateful to have this service available to us. Thank You all

I had an appointment for 3pm which my mother was taking me as I am unable to drive right now. Her car broke down and my son left to take me but we were going to be a few minutes late, I called and the lady who answered told me that the doctor was running behind and wouldn’t be able to see me. I told her I was only 5 minutes away and she replied you can come but I don’t know if she will see you. I said never mind then and hung up. This was an emergency room follow up appointment. This place sucks and very uncaring people work here!

Very rude. I was just having difficulty finding the correct number as I was looking for the after hours clinic. Reception was extremely rude and hung up on me twice. All I need assistance with was finding the correct number. I was on the call waiting list as the first caller both times (I call them just a while after open so clearly they were not incredibly busy at the time I called)

My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Tyler for several years. We have found her to be professional, courteous and very thorough. We highly recommend Dr. Tyler to anyone needing the services of a family physician.

After being placed on a very long waiting list I finally managed to get an appointment. Which was cancelled...rescheduled....and cancelled again. Needless to say I didnt try for a third time.
