The medical team here is great! They truly care for their patients and it shows. The administration staff is wonderful too, always polite and tries to accommodate you. Grateful my family and I found this clinic.

Very bad customer service. I have taken my daughter there twice, she never saw a doctor, nurses were always assigned to cross-examine her. The last visit was on 25th Oct, the nurse recommended to go do x-ray and blood work, they did not have the courtesy to call when the result was out, when I called on 30th, they said the earliest appointment for review of results would be 6th Nov, for a child, who was sick. We should have waited 2 weeks to get her drugs!!!

They say 3, came in at 1:30, doctor already gone for the day... need to fix your hours. stay open till 3 with a doctor or close at 1:30 when the doctors leave 😤

I have been to visit once as I was switching doctors. My work hours sometimes can be a little chaotic and the receptionist and doctor do everything they can to ensure you are taken care of.

The receptionist stayed late to call me at 7:00pm to ensure she could get a hold of me to book an appointment for something.

I am very pleased with how pleasant and respectful they all. Very accommodating and helpful!

The entire building has been completely renovated and there office is at the very back on the first floor ( a little confusing at first as the rest is not in operation).

Tired of booking appointments and it becoming an all day event. The wait times are terrible. Once finally in a room… more wait time. They also always leave the computer unlocked which means anyone waiting can look through files. 🚩 they recently started a missed appointment fee… but I’m waiting upwards of an hour when I show up on time Also, if you’re charging a fee you’re only penalizing the low income patients, which I’m pretty sure most of their patients are. Dr pretty is nice once you get to talk to him

Great doctor and staff. Aisha at front desk has a very personable and kind approach and demeanour. I feel Dr. Mazengia genuinely cares about the health of myself and my family. Its a good feeling knowing there's a doctor who actually wants to treat you and resolve your issues. Most other doctors I've been to just try to pump you through the system and bounce you around to collect fees for multiple visits. This doctor is genuine and I'm glad we found him.

Walk in patients are treated like you don't exist by the receptionist. Super rude and keeps letting people that booked reservation to keep going ahead of you even if they are 30 minutes late to their reservation. The Doctor did not seem professional did not even ask once if I had any allergies. Medical Note is $35 plus tax. Trust me avoid this clinic if you can it is very shady
