Les pharmaciens sont vraiment très très intentionnés à nos besoin, il prenne le temps nous sommes pas juste un numéro. Il connaisse nos conditions de santé, il prenne le temps de très bien nous expliquer nos ordonnances, et la façon de les prendre et il répond à tous nos questions cela prend 2 minutes parfait, cela prend 15 minutes c’est parfait aussi. Et nous aide aussi aux choix de changement de médication, et tout le personnel est vraiment dévoué à leur travail, ils sont là parce qu’il aime sa, il fon même service des robots pack, et service de Livraison 🚚 merci de prendre si soins de moi et ma famille ❤️

I was convinced last year that this pharmacy would be a good fit for me and that delivery was not a problem. I refill pres eruptions every three months and call two weeks ahead to ensure I don't rush anyone. This is the third time in a year that the delivery person comes to my door after 9pm or just doesn't show at all. I have a standing request for delivery between 3 and 7pm but no one seems to care. Again last night he didn't come and was supposed to come this morning before 11:30. It is now 12:00 and he has just arrived. I don't know why this pharmacy offers delivery service when they cannot deliver.

They never deliver my meds I called 4 times they said there is no worries and they will deliver my meds and then never do. This is the second time I have this problem don’t promise same day delivery if your not going to deliver. I’m super upset and don’t recommend using Vanier pharmacy there unreliable

Best pharmacy in Ottawa.The staffs are amazing and always there to help you.When I have an issue with a medication,I can always depend on the pharmacist to assist me with my concern.I highly recommend this pharmacy.

Steven is by far the best pharmacist I have ever met. He is super nice, caring, compassionate, attentive, patient, thorough, giving... I could go on and on....thank you and the rest of the amazing staff there for doing such a great job!
