Really unimpressive front desk staff. Rude, unprofessional, and can’t do the bare minimum of returning a phone call. It took weeks to get in, due to them not responding to countless messages. I love my doctor, but their front desk staff needs some heavy restructuring to be a decent office.

This clinic is very wonderful. They have been very helpful in many ways and there are alot of services packed into this building. Unfortunately my doctor Dr. Nishakawa has retired but fortunately I was able to get transfered to another doctor at this practice.

It is true that they have a small staff and it takes quite a few tries calling if you want to speak with someone right away but if you don't get them the first time just leave a message, they return calls usually within a couple hours.

Keep in mind that Tottenham is a fast growing community now and of course they will be very busy, this is to be expected!

Doctors are in high demand as there is a shortage. Just be glad you have a doctor at all in these times and appreciate what you have access too and be grateful to be part of this offices practice.

Just as in life everywhere, if your rude or unkind to people you can't expect anything less in return. Be kind and respectful, it will go a long way in bettering your image and you'll be treated with the same courtesy in return.

I have had the displeasure of having to deal with this office on two separate occasions as my Family Doctor is linked to them for Urgent care / after hour.... the first time I needed then was a result of difficulty breathing.. . Doc did not determine oxygen level and said "what do you expect after being a smoker for 40 yes"... the next day I went to Emerg and learned my oxygen level was 88 due to pneumonia...? The 2nd and most recent was to have a swab done for strep as the original doc (emerg) did not use the proper kit.. This was a Tuesday morning and was told there was no clinic that evening but could get in for the following day if I chose to wait... I called back after 4pm and left v/m... did not hear back Wed morning so called again only to learn it was full for that day and that my v/m was not heard (not part of their process after 4pm ?)... so I called back Thursday morning (3 days of attempts) only to learn that they would not give an appt to do the re-swab due to a prescription given by Emerg doc in the event it was Strep.... Hello? You couldn't have told me that on Tuesday and saved me 3 days of extreme stress and a painful throat?
Never ever will I deal with this clinic again!!!

I absolutely adore my family doctor SO much and the receptionist ladies that work so hard at the front! They have sincerely helped me with my health journey and continue to. Personally in my experience they always return my calls within 24 hours. They are kind and we chat quick if they have the time to know what my next appointment will detail. Thankyou for being so great to me over the years gals! See you soon?

If you want caring, compassionate health care, then this is the clinic to go to. Doctor’s knowledgeable actions prevented a major cancer occurrence. All appointments have been timely and very thorough. If the front desk is unable to answer the phone, I always receive a callback from them or the nurse on duty. Very accommodating.

I like my Doctor but the front desk staff are so RUDE! Tara is rude and condescending!
I had to chase her down just to get an appointment to see my family Dr.

When I did get in contact with her she placed me on hold without telling me to hold.
Tara had a bad attitude and so do the other receptionists.
Lots more I could add to this but I need to keep my stress level down!

Experience here is extremely uncomfortable from Entering the building to Exiting. The staff are extremely rude. They no longer Greet anyone with any sort of dignity. I unfortunately had to visit the emergency department. I had some issues show up with my bloodwork. I was told I had to follow up with my doctor. I patiently waited 8 days after my visit for a phone call. When it never came I decided to call them. I politely asked if it’s possible to tell me what my next steps would be. I have never in my life had someone speak to me in such a disgusting demeanour. She became very agitated immediately when I inquired about my results literally saying that it wasn’t a life or death matter. Not knowing any of my symptoms which by the way included blacking out. The conversation made me feel like I was an utter idiot for following up on my health! They take weeks to answer fax’s. When I send in for repeats on my meds it takes well over a week to get a response. I’ve been punished with vindictive behaviour for missing an appointment due to a circumstance beyond my control. Refused to put through my medication. Thank God for my pharmacy who gave them to me anyways. Saying it would be very dangerous for me not to take them. My Doctor has very uncomfortable bedside manner. I have left in tears and shake before I have to go. I would make a formal complaint but at this point am so discouraged at how they get away with such dispicable behaviour I am not confident it would get me anywhere at all. I’m also told that I can’t talk about more then one issue at a time. When I try to talk about multiple things. I’m told I can’t address more then one issue and that I will have to make another appointment. Doctor doesn’t even give me a chance to speak therefore she doesn’t even know how long the issue could have taken. The reason I’m choosing to write all this is because I know everyone is being treated with disrespect. Patients have been robbed from their rights to be treated with compassion and dignity. Right from hello this is definitely not happening.

This place has put my family through the wringer. They derostered my partner without telling us, have lost paperwork, literally never answer the phone, cancelled appointments (that we’ve waited for for a month) the day before and rescheduled them without consulting us first, and the office staff is incredibly unwelcoming - booking an appointment often ends up feeling like an interrogation.

Our doctor and the nurses we’ve seen have been wonderful, but unfortunately it doesn’t make up for whatever the hell is going on at an administrative level.
