Our family’s experience with the care our mother Rita Serré received at St Joseph’s Villa was exceptional. What a wonderful group of care givers. Our mother would always say “the staff is so nice to me”. From her arrival day to the date she passed, the care was great. Like most long term care homes, they also were subject to lack of staff or staff working overtime or doubles but you would never know it. Care was always given with respect. The activities were plentiful, and her spiritual needs were always met.
By far, the home’s biggest asset was its caregivers. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Rita’s children.

I would not put anyone in this home. My grandma was here, and the staff were never there half the time. No one would answer the phone, no one manage the front desk or provided aid to where my family member was. They continuously lost my grandmother's copy of her will several time.
