Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about transport chairs. They had a large selection (more than other stores we went to) and they had the chairs in stock already assembled. Chairs were all reasonably priced!

Highly recommend them since they were so sincere in making sure I knew all of our options and could select the right chair for our needs. They also have a full selection of other devices to assist with mobility issues. Great store!

I recently went to Vital Mobility with my father to buy a hospital bed for my mother. Claudia provided us with a lot of helpful information about the Symphony model we were interested in. The service was fast and friendly. We placed the order on Wednesday morning and the bed was delivered and set up before 11 am on Friday. The delivery team was wonderful and everything went perfectly. We dealt with Carolina and Stephanie at the VitalMobility located in Vaughan. It was a well stocked location and we were able to see all the products on a Saturday of a long weekend. They have really great hours compared to the competition and answered all our questions over the phone before we got there in person. Prices were good and they made the process of buying a wheelchair seamless. They provided really great personal service and we would highly recommend them for all your mobility needs.
