Came in minutes after walk ins closed, and they took me. Had concerns of respiratory infection. The staff were nice, polite, and the doctor was in so quickly. Thank you everyone for your help and friendliness. I recommend this clinic.

i’ve been a patient here for 3 years now & despite loving my doctor i absolutely hate how the clinic is managed. their phone lines always have issue, you can barely get through to anyone, the wait times are 40+mins always! & i can’t recall one staff that’s been pleasant or with a kind attitude. for this reason id sadly never recommend this place. if there isn’t a manager they should def get one & if there is they should switch them.

I have been receiving treatment for kidney problems under the supervision of Dr. Pashaei for some time.
He is a smart, knowledgeable doctor, who uses his deep knowledge well. The patient is being treated very sympathetically.

My parents are both patients of Dr. Salman Sadeghi at this clinic. This is the best clinic I have been to see a doctor. They respond to calls immediately at the service desk, they happy to find you an appointment asap and as fast as same or next day. When you get there the clinic is clean and so fast and efficient. Dr. Salman Sadeghi Himself is so kind and caring. He never rushes my parents during the appointment and happy to hear about any concerns or issues they have.

I have bad experience I called 5 times to the clinic and 3 times put the massage for the lady her name was Zahra regarding my mom urgent case but nobody answered I wanted to talk with manager about zahra but I find out zahra is manager, unfortunately I had to take my mother to another clinic because she was in bad condition.
I remembered last time when I took my mother to the clinic I saw her unprofessional behavior with the patient and Reception
I am so sorry for this clinic because of choosing this person she makes the patient stop coming to this clinic.

For the first time, visit the Viva clinic, I absolutely loved the experience. Clean premises, Once you enter the beautifully designed space ,you feel immediately at ease. attention at the reception, minimal wait time to see the specialist once checked in, short wait to get an appointment since the referral date . Special thanks, Dr. Pashaei is deeply compassionate about his work and very kind. And Dr Amin Sharifi his the best. He cares a lot about his patinents. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
