I called to place an appointment for my toddler and had a question, which is why I called, and the receptionist was incredibly rude. I said, “Hi I’d like to make an appointment but I have a question.” She curtly responded with “Ask the question first.” Her tone was cold, unwelcoming and as if I was burdening her. I said “Never mind!” And hung up. She’s working in a vulnerable sector, where apparently this clinic deals with MH, and she cannot manage her emotions to handle a basic interaction, I don’t believe she can handle the patients treated here. I don’t believe this sector is suited for her. I will never go here because of whoever answered the phone today, June 6, 2024 @ 11:21 a.m. I’d much rather wait in the ER, something this clinic is SUPPOSED to help alleviate. I see why it doesn’t.

This is the worst walk-in clinic. She says you got a come in at 3:30 for registration but they don’t open till 430 and you might get seen. Better off going to Barrie or Collingwood Wasaga Beach sucks

Dr Basinski is very good. He takes the time to help you make good decisions about your own health. He recommends wisely, researches to get answers and cares about his patients. So happy to have someone like him to ensure my health is looked after.

Worst doctor experience I've ever heard of. One of Dr. Basinskis patients who are very close with me went to ask the doctor about therapists and mental health concerns and with discusting aditude proceeded to say he doesn't have time to answer these questions because he was done work and wanted to go home. Another concern is he is extremely careless and needed to use google to search which vacine was the right one to give his patient. You would think a doctor who has gone to school for many years would know something as simple as that. In my opinion he should have his licence taken away immediately and should be shut down. Going the longer distance to a different doctor is definitely highly recommended!

Forget about getting a person on the phone, they are either on lunch or closed. worst office, as a Doctor he is okay, if you can actually book an appointment to see him
