PLEASE READ: Marry; Kind, Empathetic, Caring, Hardworking!
On a daily basis this person goes far beyond what is required of her. Does Not show favoritism; treats all her patients equally, even placing the needs of her patients above the will of her fellow staff workers.
I know,, I have been to many clinics, hospitals and Mary's kind and caring nature goes far beyond anything I've have ever seen (anywhere).
I believe If everyone was like this person, and put as much effort into their work and helping others, this world would truly be a paradise.
Infact Mary deserves public recognition and much more for what she has done for me and continues to do for all the patients of the Water Street Clinic. Wish I could add her last name here, but I'm not sure if it's okay,, I really hope one day she is recognized for her good works, Apologize for the bad grammar n spellling. The staff here are amazing! Mary is always so helpful and friendly and Dr. Holmes would always stay late and do everything to help the patients, everyone working here is great, miss this place, it's helped me through some of my lowest points and will continue helping so many other people.

This clinic is not just for people on hard drugs. It's also for people who take prescription pain medication and have trouble controlling how much they take. Don't feel ashamed if you need help, come see Mary, Dr Holmes and the team. Everyone here is amazing (especially Mary😉) and very understanding. I came before my addiction got out of control. Without them, who knows where I would be today?

Very disappointed, not only was I refused to the right to speak with a doctor. I was so unprofessionally treated standing there in the reception area explaining my private medical information to the secretary whom took it along herself to tell me what is best in my situation. All I wanted to do was see the doctor whom can assist me beat to my unique situation.
Instead I got humiliated and belittled by a secretary
All I wanted was to speak to a doctor.
For anyone that is looking for options. Cross this place out
It is absolutely the most unprofessional place I have even encountered.
On top of that the secretary try to make me feel as though it was such a privalage for me to be standing there infront of her and being guided by her unqualified opinions.
Look at this place how you want to...
In the end, they're slinging DOPE for the feds.

Amazing that this place exists. For years I've tried to get off prescription meds with rude, uneducated, cruel doctors and pharmacists. Dr. Holmes is the most caring, nonjudgemental, amazing doctor. If you're addicted, go see him. You'll definitely get your life back. I cannot say enough good about him.

unfortunately I had to use their services, however this is an excellent place. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. Continually going above and beyond my expectations. They are always happy to help no matter what the situation. if I was to recommend anyone to go for addiction services or mental healthcare in Simcoe this is the place I would recommend for the addictions treatment program.

Literally condones and allows the use of drugs while receiving methadone which contributes to a higher overdose rate , I think they should educate themselves instead of screaming at concerned persons . Serious abuse of the system as well .

This place is not the best .they left me with out a perscription over the weekend said that i was 3 days late coming in.which was a lie .i was there on the day i allways go which is saturdays.i was told i would have to come back when the doctor was in on tuesday.so i would have to wait 3days for my medication.
