Our garage door needed some urgent attention. We booked a service appointment with Wayne Dalton. Fortunately they were able to come the next day. The work was done in a timely manner and the courteous technician advised us that we should look into replacing our 25 year old door.
After booking a free estimate, Matthew(sales) was able to come to the house the next day. He gladly explained to us the steps and had many suggestions of purchasing a garage door from Wayne Dalton. I was even shown a 3’ x 3’ sample of the materials of the possible upgrade.
Overall, from customer service, technicians and sales person(s) a like. It has been a satisfying experience, i would definitely recommend the business to the inquiring homeowner. We’ve been dealing with Wayne Dalton for years, our doors have always been open to their great products and services.

The spring on my garage door failed and I could not get my car out of the garage. Wayne Dalton was able to dispatched a technician within hours and replaced the door springs the same day. The technician was courteous and proficient in carrying out the repairs! That is great service!!

I just had a new garage door put on by this wonderful company. Matthew Gagnon came out to assist me in choosing which door I wanted. He was very helpful, kind and helped me decide on what would be a dependable door to compliment my house. From that first meeting, through the finished experience I felt that I was in great hands. Each of the installers were wonderful, taking time to explain to me what was involved. The end result is beautiful and I am thrilled with the garage door. I can even open it with my phone! I had a great experience with Wayne Dalton. Matt came over my house almost instantly after I called. He took the time to show me many options and even showed many real photos of installed doors to help me choose what I wanted. The garage door was ready in a couple of weeks and the installer did great work. Very happy with this company!

Matthew was a great salesman and took care of our concerns and needs. The day of installation. The time was set. And I’m not kidding the installer was here right to the minute.
