I had a recent experience at MyHealth Centre where I went in for an x-ray. Before my visit, I made a call and spoke with a courteous staff member who informed me that appointments weren't necessary for x-rays. They provided precise details over the phone about the current wait times and the optimal moments to visit to minimize any potential lengthy waits.

Upon arriving at the clinic, I received a warm welcome from the staff. I was promptly informed about the estimated 1-hour wait time, which turned out to be accurate. During the procedure, the technician was both apologetic for the wait and maintained a high level of professionalism throughout.

I was particularly pleased with how swiftly my family doctor received the results, allowing for a smooth continuation of my healthcare process.

Every time I come into this clinic, I’m greeted with a smile and professionalism. The male technician who did my ultrasound was very professional and kind.
The technician that did my x-rays was also very personable, kind and professional. I only come to this establishment for x-rays, bloodwork, and ultrasound. Always a good experience!

I love this place.
I first called the company to request a female x-ray technician. The woman who took my call checked that my Pickering location could accommodate me. Upon arriving, I informed the receptionist, who ensured I was taken care of and even came to the waiting room to reassure me. While waiting, I noticed how kindly the staff treated all the clients. Despite being busy, the place ran smoothly. Sometimes visiting labs when facing a potential medical condition can be incredibly stressful. However, that lab in Pickering is pure joy, and as corny as it sounds, I love it there.

Friendly and efficient staff. I checked in 10 min early and was called right on my appointment time - in and out under 20 minutes, including gown changes! Staff executed the ultrasound in a professional and friendly manner. One of my best medical appt experiences...I am used to endless sitting in waiting rooms so this was a nice surprise.

My doctor has sent me a requisition for a chest X-ray, and I just went over, without making an appointment. I know that some of the resources there do. The young lady asked if I had an appointment, checked the schedule and with a smiley face, said it was no problem and that were only 2 people ahead of me! Great experience!

We had an awesome experience technician and reception are amazing fast and accurate and nice . The appointment took not more than 10-20 min since they are so fast totally recommend thus center i wish i could give 10 stars

I had a great experience during my recent illness. The staff were all polite, professional, friendly and efficient. I was glad that they could accommodate my prescription for a chest xray and report the results later that day.

Absolutely fabulous. The staff are all fantastic. I was booked and came in 15 minutes early and they put me straight in. They were very efficient with the time considering I had ultrasounds and xrays on several areas. This will be my go too spot for xrays from now on. Thank you
