My late spouse had a horrendous experience here when his employer compelled him to visit this clinic for a WSIB assessment. His treatment was terrible to say the least and he was given a very different version of the findings letter than what was submitted to the employer (one that inaccurately put blame for the injury on the patient). The office refused to release his records when questioned, and he was forced to make a formal FOI request before the records were released. Needless to say, based on the evidence available, the WSIB claim was APPROVED despite this doctor's attempt to undermine it.

If I could give no stars I would! “Rumi and dr Joel yellin” also the manager Jill was very unprofessional dealing with a family friend at her physical for her new job. Mental health is NOT something to joke about nor mock. Underestimating a persons ability to do so is just wrong!

Such a great bunch of nurses and secretary. She goes over and beyond and always calls me back. They all go over and beyond

Horrible experience. The entire clinic is dingy with no signage. Very unorganized. Unfriendly doctors. What should have taken 20 minutes took over 2 hours. Extremely hard to get a hold of anyone on the phone. Took 4 tries and when I finally got someone she said she couldn't find my file and had to "call right back". Still waiting for that call almost an hour later. Go ANYWHERE else.

The nurse who first went over my info and the doc that I seen, both really took there time understanding my situation and really seemed to care for my return too full time hours.
