It's so frustrating that all lines are busy during office hours. I have to call all day and can't get through. And when you finally get through it's either their office is still or already closed and you can't even leave a message. So many times I have to literally go there to book an appointment or just ask for status of my request. The website is also useless as you can't book appointment either.

With only one identified in / out entrance & lack of parking spaces it’s extremely frustrating & dangerous for all pedestrians using this facility.
Car parking is also being shared with the copious quantity of daily delivery trucks who just park out front & block the entrances.
The parking lot asphalt surface is in bad condition & particularly dangerous for anyone particularly those with a disability.
Property management have been slow to make necessary improvements after countless complaints. Shameful!! Use at your own risk !!

I Have been going to see Lino for 20+ Years now. I've moved 5 hours away and would rather drive then look for a new Doctor. Lino is not afraid to send you to a specialist or reccomend a specific type of treatment. I take my own wife and children to see Lita because she also has the same loving and caring attitude, listens to you when you talk about your symptoms and concerns. Now i will admit that the ladies at the front desk have changed over the years. Some are great... others couldn't be bothered to even care... but the receptionist should not be part of the review for the doctor. I fully recommend lino and lita for being so awesome.

reception told me that she knows better the the doctor and that im not allowed to speak to anyone, she claims that there is no one possible for her to contact. she quickly realized i was asking for her clear statement that there is no one to contact at the doctors at 3pm. i then say i have no choice but to report the office, she quickly quickly backtracked and started asking me for my number that she will get a doctor now blah blah blah, lies, she is just going to waste my time more. i called back and the next reception lady said yes i am allowed and that yes, she is getting the doctor, without a single problem. im sorry but i literally have no choice but to get a CPSO report if people at this office are openly and admitting to trying to harm me. its not the doctor that is the problem to my knowledge its the single lady i spoke too

I’ve been a patient here for about 20 years, I love both of my doctors (Lagrotterria), they are very respectful and caring, and make sure that any needs I have are being addressed by them or someone they trust.

the phone and email system for drs lagrotteria and mercante is broken do not call or email and regardless of their advisory to not attend in person to book due to covid i think that is likely the best thing to do
