I had an excellent experience at this walk-in clinic – the best I've ever encountered. They are both efficient and kind. Arriving around 2:15, I was informed about a short break for the doctors, and willingly placed on a waitlist for the 3:15 return. The receptionist was exceptionally nice and helpful. Returning at 3:00, I only waited until 3:20 to be called into a room. The doctor was quick, going straight to the point, and I was in and out within 5 minutes. Though it took a bit longer for my sick note, the staff was accommodating. Note that they only accept cash, requiring a short trip to a nearby store for change. This clinic truly made me feel seen and heard, highly recommended even for those far from home – it's worth the brief wait.

I’ve been to this clinic multiple times, I would like to give more based on my good experience but they just want money from you go everything, requisition, file transfer everything. If they could charge for a prescription I’m sure they would.

I’ve had a two good doctors and two bad doctors. Unfortunately I don’t remember their names but 5 stars for the doctors who actually cared and helped me with any issues I had and did not make me feel uncomfortable. They asked me detailed questions and I genuinely could tell they wanted to care for me as a patient. As for the other two doctors I had seen they both made me feel uncomfortable about results almost in a belittling way, and one time they called me for a blood test that was negative but then told me about something else that had already been addressed two weeks prior. It was a total waste of my time for something they can tell over the phone. Additionally they never ask if I have questions, and want to rush me out after answering a small concern. I simply asked to get some blood test requisitions after coming in for another small issue that took less than 5 mins to address and he told me to come back a different time.

The only good thing is the wait times are not that bad I never have waited more than an hour, but probably due to the fact the doctors that don’t care about you just rush you out so they can see more patients and make more money. I’m honestly sad I was happy with the clinic the first few times I went and recommended it to others but now I wouldn’t.

Doctors here are ok; some are good, some just don’t care. It’s a walk in clinic so you should not have high expectations. They would make you come back again multiple times for little things that should all have been done from the 1st visit. Well, that is still fine. The reason why I gave 1 star is the very rude and bad attitude of the blonde receptionist who would also acts as a nurse sometimes. Other receptionists: the filipino lady, the muslim lady and the brunette lady are all friendly and nice. I hope the manager or the doctor who manages this clinic would have a talk with her about this.

I’ve been here twice and got misdiagnosed both times. Won’t go into the first story, but most recent I arrived to the office on a Sunday. I saw a doctor whom I won’t name, but he insisted that I only had a viral infection, and said he would prescribe me with some green mouth wash and nasal spray. I said to him I don’t feel like this is a viral infection. I work with kids so I don’t run into the Doctors office for just anything, I am typically really good fighting viral infections on my own quickly, and what I had felt very different. Ironically, he ended up asking if I was worried that it is tonsillitis or strep throat, I responded yes! Anyways, he said to me “I’m almost sure it’s just a viral infection, just give it some time”, he didn’t test me for anything, so I just left with the mouthwash and nasal spray. By the end of the day I felt 10x worse, and continued to worsen into the next day. Monday out of sheer luck I was able to get my Family Doctor to squeeze me in Tuesday, by then I was probably the sickest I’ve ever felt in my life. By the time I was on my way to my Family Doctor Tuesday, for 4pm, I had a high fever and was breaking out. My doctor did a test on me with a little strip of paper that took some minutes to get the results, and guess what guys, I had strep throat. My symptoms had gotten so bad and unbearable, I had to take the entire week off of work, which I can’t afford.

I Went to this Clinic today and I was Amazed at The doctor i saw , I wish i could remember his name. But If the other doctors at the clinic are like him this would be a fantastic clinic, he was honest and helpful took more time than usual to explain a certain Drug, he even changed my perspective on a certain issue which wasn’t much of an issue but simple vanity.. And i am now seeking a dietitian. front desk is also polite .. I would definitely Recommend. ✨

Amazing and efficient walk in clinic.
I had Doctor Gobrial I think (young middle eastern looking doctor). Was so professional, caring and intelligent.

Highly recommend. I was in and out in 30 minutes.
