Awesome people working there and really wanna support a canadian business but the online ordering experience is so outdated and you can’t even see products that are available online. Due to that have to drive to Uline to get what I need.
Would be really awesome if you could fix that it’s probably affecting a lot of your potential customers in the area.

After securing a trademark for my concept, the original corrugate boxes had to be redesigned. I was very happy with the work and service from the first run at Whitebird that I went back to them for this second run. I reached out to their fabulous employee Jo-Anne and right away she was on the ball. She helped me navigate what they had available in terms of dimensions, what type of printing was best for my new redesign and produced quotes and samples within 24 hours. I signed the PO and we got to working, she followed up regularly on the printing and I received my new printed boxes within the 3 week time frame she promised. The boxes are a dream, they look amazing and I couldn't have been more happier with the quality and service at Whitebird. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for custom packaging and I highly recommend working with Jo-Anne.
