Such unorganized and absolutely arrogant receptionists there. If your request was urgent, they would respond after two months while you have already found an alternative solution for the problem. If you call the clinic to book an appointment, the only thing you hear is an automated message telling you that the “office is closed!!!!
When you come to sign in for your appointment, they don’t look at you, you have to wait for a while until they finish playing with their computers. When they finally respond, you feel that you just have to leave the clinic right away, and set-aside your health problems and the appointment that’s you been waiting for a month.

I hope the receptionists will be replaced soon!

Doctor Ishak is one of the best doctors I have ever had. Also, the staff at Wilson clinic is second to none. I am so glad my family and I switched to this clinic.

I’ve attended at Wilson Medical Centre for several years. The front office ladies are always helpful and very professional!
As well if you are looking for highly knowledgable family doctor, Dr. Ishak will be the one for you. The best doctor I’ve ever known. He truly cares about seniors.

They put me on an antidepressant 2 years ago, at that time my doctor had left the practice. They told me for the last 2 years they would find me a new doctor there, still nothing and on top of that have denied me for my refills due to me not being able to come down at the moment they want me too because I live out of town, so instead they leave me without my meds, knowing I’m going through withdrawal symptoms. It’s not recommended by ANY medical professional to quit taking these meds cold turkey. Thankfully I have found a real doctor who takes my illness seriously. I DO NOT RECOMMEND WILSON MEDICAL TO ANY ONE .

Dr ibrahim shows almost no concern about anything when mentioned so sometimes u have 2 be real smart with her and figure things out yourself. Cut her off even if u gotta sometimes.

I want to advise anyone trying to get their hormones in check to please SKIP going to this clinic to see Dr. Tom Johnson. The doctor swears he can help patients with hormonal issues, although it feels like he only says that if he takes your matters seriously…I was diagnosed with hypothyroidsm about two years ago. I was excited dr Tom had taken me in and seemed knowledgeable. I was legitimately excited until right after my diagnoses he scribbled down a book for me to read and told me to “come back when you’re well versed into what you have” …once i went back the doctor looked at me once and said “….so …did u even read the book?”

what year in medical school do they let doctors do this

i never went back because I was just appalled at the fact this guy either expected me to walk in there demanding a treatment or he, the doctor, would be open to discussing the first steps to the radical changes my condition requires. None of which he did.
I wanted someone that could help me craft a plan, a plan i wouldve loved medical insight on from an alleged professional. I understand our system is broken as hell but if you call yourself a doctor and all you will do with your patients time and energy is send them to read a book, act condescending and expect them to go back to test them on matters they should be open to discussing and explaining to you…. please go work at a library instead, that way they’d actually do their job.

I’ve been going to this office for about 10 years now & the care has gone completely downhill. I’ve went through three family doctors at this office because they either go on vacation & don’t come back or end up starting a practice elsewhere. I’ve had Dr.Ghobara for quite some time now, she is super nice but never available when you need her. When trying to book an appointment with her, you can’t get an appointment for at least two weeks… whenever I have a medical issue I end up going to a walk in clinic instead because I can’t wait 2 weeks to a month to see my doctor. Also the website says there’s an option to have an appointment with a nurse practioner if your doctor isn’t available, but when making an appointment online this isn’t any option to select nurse practioner, just option to have a phone call or in person appointment with your family doctor. Currently in the process of finding a family doctor that’s actually available when I need them.

Terrible doctor. Dr. Ibrahim, dismissive. Rude and always late. Doesn’t let patient talk, and always talking over you. Went in to fill some papers my work insurance was asking for and for reason laughing while filing them out because she “didn’t know” what to put. How is some one else pain/stress funny to you? Unbelievable. Not the only person she treats as such.
