Feeling nauseated, I waited in front of the registration window, after about 5 minute I actally had to call the emg. department and ask for some gravol.
The nurse said that the woman would be back to her station soon, so I sat down a waited for them to call me when it was ready. My husbabd went up to ask about, as I was about to up chuck in the waiting room. The triage nurse tells huband that it "was here wainting for me". All they had to do was open a window and call my name but no, that would have made sense. The triage nurse asked it it hurt? Me: yes, assuming that she meant the last location that we talked about, ,nope, she seemed annoyed that I didn't know that she was talking about another part of my body. So, after 5 hours, I see the dr. he was fine, orders an antibiotic, the redheaded nurse brings it into the room with a glass of water but does she hand it to me? No, she puts it on a table were I can't reach it. So, maybe they didn't like that fact that I had to call them from the waiting but c'mon... at least fake being professional. She has no place being a nurse. I know that they're short staffed and all but hire nurses with a head on her/his shoulder that have a bit of compassion.

High recommended Winchester hospital emergency.I was there Monday night was waiting time but the nurses was amazing 👏 thank you so much the team wich working night shift Monday night everyone was so professional and so polite. Thank you so much Dr.Ramaekers because you take care of me.

I fell off some scaffolding at home and landed on my head. I called a friend to drive me to the QCH across town. After waiting to be Triaged for over an hour and then being told it would be a 16-hour wait, my friend said we had to seek help elsewhere. She drove me out to the Winchester District Memorial where I was Triaged, properly checked and diagnosed for a concussion by an excellent, comprehensive and unrushed doctor. Even though the drive home took just over an hour, I was back home before I would have first been seen by a doctor at the QCH.

I was was waiting with my daughter for a long time and she was not allowed to eat last meal the day before and next day we are still waiting and it is 7 o'clock pm. 🤔

Don't waste your time. 1 doctor only during the day. I get the feeling that it is one patient at a time possibly going in. Emergency over crowded when I was there. I think they were glad I left after waiting 7 hours. All migraine symptoms were gone. Nothing to assess or treat.

Extreme back pain. Couldn’t sit so stood for over 4 hours and nothing. Had to leave. Better care at home. At least could get some meds, ice and heat at home. This is really just very wrong. What does Triage really mean?

Writing this review with the last drop of mobile's battery.
I brought my dad here around 11am. He is in pain.
Now, it's 8:39pm. So far, he got pain kilers, and no one knows how long we need to wait to see a Dr.
My father is more worried about the kid who waited for almost 8 hours to see a Dr....

I called to get wait times. Nurse said that it changes frequently so she can’t give it. What charge nurse gave this direction cause other hospitals post it on their website. Ridiculous answer. Don’t waste your time at this place. Nurses need to do their job instead of complaining so much. We already pay too much for this kind of service.
