Windows were great…..installation was horrible…made a mess of my house, caulking smeared in the brick and gobbed on, windows bowed because of to much spray foam, windows weren’t put in centered, came back 3 times to redo them and were still wrong, manager in Fort Frances seemed to not care at all and wanted to waste my time by just resending the same guys over and over again….i was doing the jams and trim myself, so they new I was doing it out of wood not mdf so all the windows came with a plastic lip on the outer edge, making it so 1x4 could not fit and had to but planed down. The lips were also all bent out of shape and unable to bend back so had to cut them all off to make the trim fit….i paid almost 9,000$ in labour fees for a two day job. They had 3 guys meaning they were charging out roughly $150/hr for a carpenter which is outrageous never mind the fact that they installed every window wrong. When I found out they didn’t really care to help I just redid them my self. Will never buy from them again and will suggest other to also not buy from them!

We had 2 exterior doors, 2 storm doors and 7 windows installed - one being 10ft. All Staff we dealt with throughout the entire process, were nothing short of amazing. They were very prompt and great with all of our antsy inquiries. The 3 men who came to do the installations did an amazing job, they left the place cleaner then when they arrived, and had everything installed in 1.5 days. I will certainly be recommending Window & Door Store - Fort Frances without hesitation.

Super excited, I finally got all my windows replaced , plus an added on 1. These windows were never replaced in this house since it was build way back then. But wow oh wow, Def makes a big diffrent. The guys did a good job, didn't waste time , got 6 new windows plus my bonus window I always wanted . So I'm very pleased. Only took 2 days I was impressed. Ty for the little bonus gift as well. Will def pass on your business to other ppl looking ...

Window and Door Store has installed upward of 30+ windows in both our homes and our cabin

Their crews came up to our homes/cabin and did a great job installing. Recently they did 4 new windows for us in the bedroom and washroom at our cabin. Last year they put in screen windows in our porch at the cabin and it really finished the room. Kyle suggested we get tinted windows to help keep it cool and we can appreciate it now / when we go down there and it isn't a greenhouse.
