Absolutely awful. Never got a call to confirm referral that St Mikes submitted to them for my mother who has a chronic illness. Then there was the EAP form the Dr had to complete following visit to get the life sustaining medication. Pharmacy faxed them twice form still not submitted to ministry of health and called the office numerous times no answer. mailbox full.

We had called several time and no body ever picks up the phone, when I called again to make sure from my appointment no body answered I called to book an appointment again they told me I have to pay because I didn’t show up for my appointment, how is this helpful how are doctors going to help us breath if they are not helping us in any way this is ridiculous I am on disability.

The staff are terrible she is very rude she goes by the name of Lina she never picked up phones and she never did her job properly even when I told the doctor my situation he kept defending her and trying to take her out of the trouble. Everyone defends their staff but at least do something about them being wrong we are sick at least help us through our sickness

I would not recommend anyone to go to this doctor as he is not honest and does not know how to treat his patients

Had an appointment for 830 am doctor and staff showed up an hour later terrible service any advice a nurse practitioner or any other doctor could give you, don’t come here and waste your time, if you miss your appointment they charge you 250$. Overall one star experience
