I have been a patient of Dr. Alex Reidel for the past two years, and my experience has been nothing but positive. Dr. Reidel is polite, compassionate, and takes the time to listen carefully to all my concerns. He not only offers helpful suggestions but also explains the reasons behind them in a clear and reassuring way, which I truly appreciate.

The Windsor Health Care Team staff are equally wonderful. The receptionists are attentive, considerate, and always quick to respond. They do their best to accommodate urgent concerns by scheduling same-day or ad-hoc appointments whenever possible.

Their online portal is also very convenient, making it simple to book both in-person and phone appointments. On top of that, they even provide free parking passes for patients.

Overall, my experience with Windsor Health Care Team has been excellent. I feel well cared for and supported, and I would be happy to continue with them for many years to come.

I finally have a Family Doctor! Thank you Dr. Alex Reidel! He did possess this inevitable part of the medical field which is….Professionalism! He has an excellent interpersonal skill as he listens attentively and took time to explain everything I need to know that concerns my health and medical issues. For sure he has earned the trust and respect of a lot of patients like me!
I also like to commend their reception area. I was attended by a young woman (I wasn’t able to get her name though). Quite nice with her pleasantry. And also the nurse (didn’t get your name too) who called me. You both made my day with your courteous manner.
It was a pleasant and quick initial consultation. Thank you so much!

Dr. Rita Jado is an amazing gynecologist and my entire family's doctor. She speaks Arabic to us and takes the time to explain our condition to us. My mom feels comfortable with her. She understands the elderly. An ideal doctor. 🥰

Absolutely not!! My condescending potential family Dr coats “ was or still is taking on new patients BEWARE- Dr is nervy I withdraw my family request off his list to be a potential patient !!! his desire to react with facial expressions and clearing his throat awkwardly while we discussed my personal health / family health history requesting DNA of parents and their parents health history. How they grew up are they were married or divorced how long they were married or divorced in depth about their history that had nothing to do with myself not sure what else he wanted out of the circumstance in a first time meeting !!!! It was quite in-depth overwhelming And he definitely made me feel Extremely uncomfortable. I would not recommend this office!! it is absolutely disturbing to think that they’re running a whole business off this !! No thanks !! Negative 1 star!!— dr. Coates can keep his opinions to himself because it’s exactly what they are his opinions not true diagnosis not formula Results beware of a dr that will chalk you up in first conversation with their opinion Immediately without any testing… or Legitimate reasoning I am embarrassed for him! How sad could you be as a human and then call yourself a true doctor?!! Dr of his pockets probably my opinion!!

Had an ultrasound appointment, but was called by the office to ask if I could come an 1.5 hr earlier. Because I was out of town, I said I will try my best to come an hour earlier. I was then harassed by multiple consecutive calls and annoying questions throughout my way there because the technician was sick.

Once I arrived, I was treated very poorly with the receptionist exclaiming “finally!” without any type of greeting. The tech spoke her instructions curtly and was aggrevated with me as if I did her a wrongdoing when I went out of my way to come early to accommodate her wanting to go home early! That tech huffed and buffed throughout the 5 minutes she spared me to perform an ultrasound. She blurted out baby’s measurements to me while I was lying on the bed and she overwhelmed me with her generosity by showing me the screen and telling me I can take a photo of it! No printed photos!

I have never been treated this poorly and still unable to fathom this behaviour. I have had the appointment for more than a month and the centre cannot accommodate me by ensuring a decent treatment or substituting the tech who wants to go home early. Worse of all: I had a condition that could have been risky and the tech didn’t even flag it for the doctor or to me. If I had not gone to another facility, I would not have known!

I have been seeing Dr. Zajac for quite some time now and while she is very respectful & listens to everything, I find it takes a very long time just to make an appointment with her! I will request to make an appointment and often times won’t get one until a month or two later! I have asked reception if there are other doctors I could see who have more availability but that receptionist very rudely said there was no switching allowed & I would have to deal with it. Very, very disappointed with their receptionists as many of them come off as rude and like we’re doing a disservice to them. It is ridiculous how I constantly have to wait longer than a month just to see my doctor while other places can get you in a couple days later. Very very annoyed with this place and their handling of appointments
