A joke . Plain and simple. Rude staff the wait times are brutal. Half the Doctors are horrible . Bedside manner is nonexistent. Commen decency long forgotten. Make the drive to Clinton or Stratford. There are a couple good Doctors here. But you never know when they are going to be in. The secretaries are always nice though and do their best to keep positive. The security guard likes to intimidate people just because he is bored though. It's just more stress than it's worth. Used to be a pretty safe place to go to get care. Certainly gone down hill.

I was in pretty rough shape ,the kindness and patience of the staff was phenomenal one problem the prescription I was given is not covered by ohip nor my private plan can't afford 800.00, am a senior living in a fixed income.Thanks for the effort though.

The most pathetically slow emerg. You will never see so many people just get up and leave because they get tired of waiting 4+ hours in an empty waiting room anytime you come here.

The staff here on Jan 8th and 9th were wonderful. My daughter was seriously sick and she was seen quickly and diagnosed and treatment started promptly.

I’ve gone here multiple times throughout the years and so have my family. Their wait times are exceptionally long. I was there just last night got there between 4 and 5 and waited for a doctor to see me for 6 hours before I gave up and left (I think I had an asthma attack, they previously diagnosed me with asthma about 6 years ago)! They knew I had difficulty breathing!
