They called to reschedule my appointment 2 days before when I had booked it months in advance and booked off work for it. They then said they couldn’t reschedule the appointment for another 2 months.
I have had nothing but problems with this clinic. The first doctor I had was a female doctor who left without notice and they put me with a male doctor when I specifically said I had to have a female doctor. I met with the male doctor one time and had a horrible experience. I asked for them to transfer my records to beacon hill because they were the only clinic taking new patients and they refused.
I guess I’ll be using a walk in from now on? What a joke.

Dr. Ryan Chen is the most carefully medical practitioner I had. Unlike other family doctor I had, he cares his patients. Other ones I met either ask you to do a number of medical procedure, or ask you to buy their medical product. I had one medical doctor left immediately after signup with them, and did a number of useless medical procedures.

I've seen many doctors at the clinic and always had a positive experience. Much better than some I have been to previously where I have to wait hours in the waiting room past my appointment time.

My doctor is fantastic, but the front desk staff is utterly disappointing, especially the lady who guides patients - her blatant lack of enthusiasm and interest is appalling, making it clear she'd rather be anywhere else.

Actually, we really don't want to complain, since it's been a long time ago, but today we can't help it. We made an appointment to see the family doctor by phone, and we had to wait 2 weeks to see the doctor. After 2 weeks, we went to the clinic on time, but they were closed. Today we called the front desk to ask how the appointment time was the time when you were closed? They said we don't have your appointment record. If necessary, you can make another appointment, but it will be 2 weeks later. That is to say, we need to see a family doctor, but we haven't seen him for a month. Do we need such service?

I have been seeing Dr Chen as my family doctor for the past 8 years. He is a caring doctor with excellent lifestyle recommendations and follow-ups. Staff at the clinic are also friendly and good communication. I have met many irresponsible doctors and clinic before I started seeing Dr. Chen. I am blessed to be in the hands of Dr.Chen. I live in the downtown area but I insist to drive to this location to see him, as a good doctor is very hard to come by these days! Thank you Dr. Chen!

I’ve got the similar experience under the one star review here. It’s getting worse with all the their clinic policies to even get an appointment.
