Love Love that they now have same day appiontments. You just have to be there when they open (M-F 8). Or call but you are running the risk of not getting apt ) they go very fast. It's a fantastic addition to their services. Dr. Nick is the best. Very kind and doesn't take any chaces with your health. I have been with him for almost 20 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. They also added online but I haven't tried that yet.

There are lots of receptionist for these doctors Mine included. However, when you do call reception you are usually put on hold for an hour at which point you could be cut off and instead of being called back, you have to go through the process all over again just to make an appointment which will take a month before you can see anyone and whether or not your concerns will reach the Doctor is iffy at best.. Hopelessly Devoted for 30 years.

I have always had a positive experience with the Doctors and support team at Woodbine medical. They have on several occasions accommodated my family's needs on short notice and, have been extremely helpful with my 2 baby daughters. Very greatful we have this office in town. Thank you to Dr. Lynagh ,front desk staff and all the Doctors that have helped us over the years.

I cannot give enough praise and kind words for Dr. Harry Jim. He is a considerate attentive, patient and understanding, family physician. I wish he was my family doctor before he retired. He is just an amazing Docter with a Gentleness about him. Wishing you the best Dr Harry Jim.

Dr. Nick has been awesome to my hubby, he’s been with him for years. We give him 10 stars! But my experience with administration services at the front desk are not the best, my hubby has anxiety so I call in on his behalf and go in with him to help with what he needs. Regardless if my interaction is over the phone or face to face, I feel like I’m bothering the front desk by asking them anything or calling in for anything.

Booked an appointment online. Thought it was a great system since when you call you can't get a hold of anyone and are on hold for at least an hour. When I got yo the office for my appointment I was told the doctor was not here and that they called to cancel. Verified the number the called. Checked my call history and voicemail and nothing. No call, no message left. The Physician Assistant was able to see is and she was great. So this is more of a review for the administration.

To book an appointment lately, you must wait at least 40 minutes on hold first. Messages are never sent to the doctors, reception always have no idea what is going on. Shonna was fun to speak too. She is insanely rude. She is horrible at her job. Dr. G asked to see me for a follow up and she cancelled my appointment, saying "you don't get to see who you want." I'm not sure why she thinks she runs the office, she needs to get her head out of her behind. I waited a month to see him. She should be fired. Another receptionist asked for my health card, when I handed it to her she said “oh, you don’t want me touching your card.” I held it out for her to read while her mask was under her nose. Only posting one star because Goggle makes you.

I've been a patient of Dr. Giftochristos for the last 21 years, and over the last couple years I've noticed that I don't matter. When I call for help, there is none. You're better off looking for a doctor anywhere but here, because here, if I died tomorrow, they wouldn't care in the slightest. You don't matter to these people, and they will leave you on hold for hours just to remind you later that you and your health mean nothing to them.
