Came to emergency at 5 am, great triage nurse and nurse at first then shift change and party time for all nurses. They were talking about personal lives laughing chatting until 745
Never seen anyone since 530am so my son had to ring for pain meds.
I wish there was more awareness around being professional and recognizing there are patients and to at least check in
They called me and didn’t really seem to care

After a horrific experience with Tillsonburg emerge being sent home twice while rapidly declining with extreme physical symptoms after being diagnosed with a kidney infection i decided to come here and my experience with emerg was excellent, i was admitted immediately everyone did their job and i had such a quick turn around. I stayed for a few days honestly everyone i came in contact with was great start to finish. Thanks for everything.

It's honestly amazing how so many people employed by the same place can be so awful. I've spent the past four days coming to this hospital for IV antibiotics every 12 hours and there have been so many negative interactions from anyone from a specific doctor to even security. There are of course some great nurses here but I've been accused of "having addiction issues in my past" to security having the worst attitude ever. If I had a choice I would drive to London where the service was better and I didn't leave feeling like I shouldn't have ever gone in the fist place.

September 14, 2024: Unfortunately, my girlfriend had to overhear the Emergency Room nurses talk all about their personal lives within earshot of her son, who we brought in after complications from surgery yesterday. No one checked in on my girlfriend and her son for a couple hours, either.

- A frustrating lack of professionalism and "attending behaviors" when they should be trained to know better.

Not acceptable. I've worked in hospitals before and this is (unfortunately) an all too common experience.

We're all human, but come on, folks. Surely soft skills and discretion aren't a lost art...

Went to emergency for weak arm, turns out I had a stroke. Staff was wonderful from emergency to rehab. I was treated like royalty. My only complaint was the food. The rehab team were exceptional and if not for them and nurses on 300 area I would not be home doing well. Thankyou to all. Special thanks to Dr. who got my medication straightened out. I can't say enough good things about this hospital and can't imagine going anywhere else ?

I would LOVE to give a HUGE shout out to Brit and Frank in the emergency department. The way they absolutely sprung into action for my son, helped explain everything throughly and got him stable to be transported to London. I truly don’t know what I would have done in this situation Brit kept me calm and collected. I’d like to thank the other few ladies that were helping out as well you all did a fantastic job for my son.
But whoever is in charge should be rewarding these two absolutely fantastic workers they have! I pray we are never back for him again but if we are I know I am in safe hands with them❤️
