Dr Lin is amazing, thorough, and really helped when we had a mental health crisis with our family member. My family doctor had retired a few years before he came to Woodstock and I feel so blessed that we got in as his patient.

I absolutely love the staff here, as well as my doctor.
If I had to dig up a complaint it would be that it is that they only take phone calls 4 days a week.
Other then that, I have nothing but great things to say.

Absolutely love my doctor here. I would be giving a 5 star review if it wasn’t for this one receptionist who always gives me attitude over the phone when I call to make an appointment. I also noticed she does this to other patients who call in the office when I’m in the waiting room.

Please don’t forget your dealing with patients and me inquiring about an appointment shouldn’t be met with hostility.

Absolutely love the doctor however, having to advocate medical concerns to a secretary, who I find extremely hostile and unprofessional, who is also been reviewed on here before is the reason I will give one star

Patient of Dr. Ferguson. I will also be making an official complaint. I initially went in for a completely different concern. Complete lack of informed consent and consent in general. I had to ask multiple times for pain management during a well known painful procedure and no pain management for after the procedure. A woman joined during the procedure and I was not informed she would be present. Both minimized my pain and made it seem like I was exaggerating. No information was given about what to expect after the procedure. They also performed a test on me without my knowledge or consent while doing the procedure. Dr. Ferguson should not be practicing medicine when this is how he treats patients. I know I’m not the first or last. My concerns have but been heard.

Couldn’t find a phone number or a sign that directs you to the clinic in the building …1st, 2nd, 3rd floor frustrating experience.
I was there today at 8am.
