I came here in a wheelchair and am now mountain biking 6 months later. I've got nothing but good things to say about this clinic. The staff have been above and beyond for my treatment. Even the ladies at the front desk have been incredibly helpful with sorting out and rearranging my appointments and helping submit paperwork to WSIB

Love the use of the gym. I don't have the items to use at home. The staff is great to talk to, great knowledge, really helpful with making sure my technique is proper. Awesome selection of exercises.

Terrible place with a dumb doctor running it. You will better off saving your money by just watching a couple Youtube videos. This place is trash.

Surprised to see so many positive reviews. My experience was anything but. Came here for MRI and WSIB examination for torn foot ligament November 2020. Same foot I broke a year before. I was a Canada Post Letter Carrier walked 20 km per day. Physiotherapist Lisa Adkins and Orthopedic Surgeon Dr Stephen Petis were very arrogant and condescending. Didn't listen to anything I said, instead pushed their own hidden agenda. I highly recommend you bring your own witness or record your meeting if its for WSIB. They tried to downplay my injury (which still showed ligament tear in two subsequent MRIs 5 months after from second opinion) Ms Adkins said I needed to exercise and get back to regular routine to release endorphins. I got their medical report to WSIB from my family doctor (because Woodstock Rehab refused to provide) find out above mentioned said I was "catastrophizing" my injury. Now I find out WSIB case manager Chris Jacobs denied my LOE claim and former employer has sent my "overpayment" to collections agency. Lol! Beware of so-called medical professionals who try to "medically gaslight" you. I guess WSIB pays their partner clinics well enough to make Sunshine List so she thinks she can "bully" patients. I filed formal complaints with College of Physicians and Surgeons and College of Physiotherapists. Ms Adkins has had complaints before. I think google reviews are more effective

I first came here because I had fallen off a roof and landed on my feet staining the tendons in my feet and my Achilles tendon.

Then I messed up my shoulders.
Then I messed up my left shoulder again
Then I herniated a disc in my back. The main nerve going down my left leg is always irritated.

Regular physiotherapy keeps me upright and more or less not limping.

So I been coming here for 20+ years. The staff knows their stuff. The equipment is in good shape. They accommodate your bad days and encourage you to do more on your good days.
