Dr. Neary and Mary have been more than accommodating with me. They have more patience and I have nothing but good experiences every time I call, make an appointment or see the Doctor. I also want to say that everyone else who has had the pleasure of dealing with me have been great also.

The staff at medical associates are kind and helpful, they really care for your well-being.
I cannot give five stars due to the paid parking situation.

In 35 years I've had the privilege of having 6 different family doctors and this clinic is by far, the worst I have ever seen or experienced. I'm astonished the reviews on here are over 2 stars. I could write an essay on the negative experiences within this office however to keep it short, it boils down to communication. It is unfortunate because I personally know very good people that work there. I know they have fantastic and very knowledgeable
doctors. Unfortunately, the face and working cogs of this practice are the downfall. It is no longer a practice but a business.

There have been several instances where I have called, left voice mails and have yet to hear back for days. Currently as I write this it is 1 week. They make it very clear on their voice-mail to not leave reoccurring messages. I wonder why? Is it because people do leave multiple messages because you don't call them back? The days of calling to speak with someone are long over at this clinic.

I have had many scenarios where I'm not necessarily dealing with the medical side but the administrative side for forms, consent issues, records, etc and good luck trying to get anywhere. They also over charge their patients admin fees. 25 dollars to fax a single sheet of paper to another doctor. Sorry! that's unreasonable. Wait times are also through the roof; their common reply is "Go to emerge".

This clinic seems to be the talk of the town on how horrible it is with their service. I dont understand how this clinic is continuing its business. Many have spoken about how rude they are as well. I have not personally been spoken down to, but the left hand certainly doesn't know what the right one is doing. They lack communication, have lost trust, and stripped common sense from the very people that work there. After I asked a staff worker if something made sense she replied, "I can't answer that it's above my pay grade".

I could go on about specific issues however I feel a review with at least some dialog is definitely warranted.

Do your self a favor if your new to Parry Sound, TRUST ME stay with your family Doctor! I wish I never left my previous one! I'd call, some one picks up. I need an appointment, How about tomorrow or the next day...

This clinic as a whole has never attained to that level of service. THAT is a practice.

If over time they sort out their administrative mess, distrust, and communication I will 100% remove this. Until then, you've been warned ⚠️

I will start with just how amazing it is to have a whole team who truly cares. I am absolutely appreciative and greatful for all of the support I get from the team. Dr.Neary is truly superior. I feel seen and heard in every interaction. Thank you to the team ?

I agree with Andrew on this one. I've had many DRs along the way, but have never dealt with anything nearly as bad as medical associates. The DRs are fantastic but many of the front line staff are very rude, and that's being super nice! I've never understood people who are intentionally rude or better yet how they keep their jobs!? In almost any other setting, staff would be fired for being so rude and unhelpful. It's a real shame that super friendly young DRs like Pritchard and Hollingsworth have some absolutely terrible team members working with the public. A fair amount of sensitivity and CS training is required at this office. The receptionist that answers the phones most of the time takes rude to a new level. You can tell she majored in rudeness, take it very seriously and excels at it as she has no clue how to talk to people with dignity.

I have been attending the Wright Clinic for years, both at the old and new site. I have always found the entire staff extremely friendly and helpful. I have seen my own doctor, Dr Kathleen Moquin plus a number of on call doctors. Everyone has been so very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Appointments are swift. this is an excellent facility and I am very thankful to have such great healthcare.

Staff are nice, fast, doctors are usually on time Pharmacy has helpful pharmacists that want to help. Good location, usually not too busy, having to pay for parking is the only downside.
