The past couple of years have been very challenging and our family were fortunate enough to find Xperience Home Health Care to help our Dad with his health care needs. The entire team is amazing. From wheelchair to the verticle lift, Karly Davidson has gone above and beyond to make sure it was a great experience. Communication second to none with Karly returning our phone calls, emails and text messages in a timely manner. Professional, compassionate, friendly, kind and punctual. It is obvious to us that Karly Davidson genuinely cares about her job and her customers. Highly recommend!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE RIPOFF ARTISTS---DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AS YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!! so very disappointed in this company--they install a shaky handrail and want to charge me to repair properly...they come and install a gray pole with chocolate brown railings--even though insurance paid for it all i believe the job should be be done right ---when asked they want more money to fix it....i do not recommend this company to anyone and i will send this situation and poor workmanship to any all insurance companies on the web....DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE RIPOFF ARTISTS---DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AS YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!

If you're going to hire drivers, at least make sure they're competent when driving your company vehicle. Thankfully for your van I have quick reaction times, as your employee decided pulling out from a dead stop in front of traffic going 100+ on the highway was a smart decision.

Bev took care of my mother's incontinence supplies. The supplies were delivered to mom's assisted living home. I was very happy with this service. When it was my turn to need health supplies I did not hesitate to call on Xperience.
Thank you to Karly for assisting me to get my walker. I am so grateful to have this aid available to me. No shame in using something to improve your life.
Thank you again to Karly for assisting me in getting a chair lift installed. I purchased a used unit that they had to be picked up in London for me.The installers did a great job. I love it. My knees and back have a much needed break. I hope to get a curved unit that would do all stairs on one track. Time will tell.

The staff from the owners on down are professional, knowledgeable & care about every customer they serve. They are a true Home Health store & carry everything anyone would need from things you wear for support to walkers, wheelchairs, lift chairs, chair lifts, bathroom aids & so much more. If you need it they likely have it or can tell you where to get it. I bought a lift chair & some other items & they took their time to see I felt comfortablewith what I purchased. It took a long time & I saw how staff interacted with other customers with all sorts of medical issues & they showed true concern for each one. I traveled from Kingsville to deal with these fine people & it was well worth the drive! Thank you Joe & Janice

What an exceptional place!!! Have now switched from the place on McDougall which does not even come close to the customer service, price and selectional from what Xperience has to offer. Seriously people, do yourself a favour and check this top notch place out. You won't be disappointed.
