The staff at the branch and at their call center are knowledgeable, friendly and always helpful and supportive. Nothing is too much trouble, they answer my numerous questions with understandable answers. I feel like a person, not an account number. And, they make banking easy, less intimidating and certainly less stressful than it ever was with my previous bank.
