I would first like to say I understand the medical field is hard, but one issue at a time is not right when it's all connected, and I am still suffering of the same thing repeatedly for 5 mouth, wait and see is bs. I have a full on break down in my doctors office she said it seemed to be about something else and ended my visit even though I was begging to her to help me find a way to fix the vomiting problem as in I do it all day can't really keep anything down.
The desk staff do seem to be overly rude,

Absolutely love Dr Swedani. Cannot rave about him enough. I was fortunate enough to become one of his first patients when he began practicing. He is very thorough, listens, actually cares about what’s going on and isn’t afraid to think outside the box. I truly feel so blessed that I managed to get him as my family doctor. I don’t go to the doctor often, but it feels so good knowing that Dr Swedani would have my back if something major were ever to happen to me medically.
Thanks so much for all you do Dr Swedani! Please never leave family practice …cause I don’t know what I’d do with you!

I'll start off with saying my doctor is Dr Waters and she is a great doctor for me .
My only issue with this clinic really with the receptionist! Theyre not only absolutely terrible for not answering the phone and literally just sitting there watching it ring while they play on their phones,they hate doing their job which is to make appointments for the doctors with their patients! Both myself and my wife have had them get quite rude as if we are bothering them by not going online to make appointments . Well the online appointment service doesn't always work correctly as well as not working at all at times !
It just gets frustrating waiting up to an hour to speak to an actual receptionist because they would rather you leave a msg .
Other than that my doctor is great and always helps me when I'm in need.

Receptionist are all busy talking to each other very difficult to book appointments by phone no one picks up
Only one young lady who is right on is the nurse who gives shots or your bp she’s always smiling and pleasant

Dr. Albert Swedani is my regular physician but I've also been seen by Dr. Jessica Ngan.

Both have been exceptional as well as the staff and nurses. I feel fortunate.

Doctors are hard to get a hold of. I understand the COVID aspect but there really isnt any follow-through. They make one feel guilty of scheduling. Also, Each appointment has to deal with one issue at a time. Should we not be looking at things holistically? how does one get to the root of the issue?

The Receptionists are NOT nice. Someone needs to tell them that they work in a health setting & people don't come in for fun. There is no need to be rude to the patients. There is no need to sound so impatient when people are trying to speak. This booking online thing only is not conducive to everyone either. I called the other day, first thing in the morning (9:01am) and was put on hold for 6:30mins. I hung up. Wasn't worth it. If you cant take a call that early then something is wrong. I was in the other day and a lady walked and before she can say "i was called to go into room 4" the receptionist immediately barked at her. When the lady finally said that she was called to go into the room, the receptionist just pointed and waved her off. This is not professional.

I don't like this new clinic since they moved from Carson Everytime I try calling they never answer the phone and when I try to set up a appointment online it doesn't work because the information I enter doesn't match what they have on file because the file was never updated on their end and when I've called to get this resolved it still doesn't work and to not to be able to reach your dr when needed defeats the point of having a doctor

Good experience. A shout out to Dr Sylvie Caissie for covering for another doctor on short notice and providing me with great patient care. I recall her saying “patient’s first”: a great mantra for any doctor.
