I want to give a no star review to keep people away from this best kept secret! I had my first appointment with Good Doctors today. I found Raphael to be dedicated to his profession and quite respectful. The visit with the doctor was quick yet effective. Raphael explained a few things to me that helped me navigate the referral for second opinion process for a health issue I've been having difficulties with not related to this visit. I am happy to have this service while I wait for a General Practitioner, and not clog up the emergency room.

I truly appreciate this place and the 2 very kind and professional nurses. Booking an appointment is great, little to no wait time. Without a family doctor they've gotten me through my pregnancy until I could see an OGYN and are now here for my baby when needed. The doctors on video call are friendly and knowledgeable. This is so much better than sitting at the hospital for hours, wasting their recourse for minor concerns. I 100% recommend this place, thank you for everything you do!

Horrible....daughter had appointment, had proof on my phone with emails. We arrived at 235pm for a 245pm appointment. After waiting 40 mins we were told that we don't have an appointment. They took/stole our $20 donation, then refused appointment.

I read all the reviews and my experience was completely different. I like the fact that I could make an appointment. In fact I was called to tell that I could come in earlier. Rafael was very professional. I like the fact that I got to talk to an online doctor and get the referral I need it. I would certainly return to this place again.

All of my experiences here have been positive. From the online booking service which is really easy, to getting an appointment which was always really quick and quick referrals for xrays and ultrasound. The service I received from the medical staff was always great, they are thorough and very professional. The pharmacy staff are all helpful, quick and again very pleasant. I have no hesitation in recommending Good Doctors Belleville.

Great clinic, you can book online so no wait time. Onsite nurse was beyond kind, caring and informative; I forget his name unfortunately. The doctor was nice to me. The only issue is he was rude to the nurse in what should have been a private conversation between them (connectivity issues). Management of Good Doctors should address this to avoid further conflict. Overall, I do recommend this location.

Both Good Doctors, and the Pharmacy itself do remarkable work for having their foreheads pressed firmly against their own prostate. You’re better off waiting it out at the hospital, or getting your prescriptions from a street corner pharmacist. Never again!

Raphael (the nurse) is wonderful. He's professional, kind, proficient, and truly cares. The doctors (on screen) are thorough and actually listen to concerns.
