Gerald was a Total professional. Completely articulate in explaining what was going on. Went above and beyond in analyzing our issue and then making sure that he got our appointment booked to have a sales rep show up to get us set up with a new furnace and a heat pump. This gentleman should teach customer service, or at least mentor anyone who is coming up.

Our sales rep, Mathew, showed up the same day, very thoroughly explained all of our options, gave us his recommendations, and without pressuring us. He listened to our needs and concerns, addressed these, and once we’d made our decision, got us the first available installation team. Mathew has been very responsive to any of our further questions. All together, terrific to work with. Once more, totally professional throughout.

The installation team arrived bright and early on installation day. They were totally professional and courteous. They did an excellent job, and took great care in insuring that everything was kept clean, and protected. Once the installation was complete, everything looked and worked great.

This company showed professionalism throughout, had excellent customer service, and we would highly recommend them.

D&K Home Services by Enercare sent Matthew Wanamaker to my home for an estimate to purchase a new Kinghome heat pump, Lennox furnace and Lennox air purifier. Matt's service was exceptional and timely. He's that rare type of salesperson who's professional without being overbearing, patient without sounding condescending, and personable without rushing you. He answered my questions over multiple days and provided specific advice for an HVAC system for my old house. I received six estimates from various companies, and Enercare's was by far the most reasonable and most suited to my house, and Matt didn't badmouth other companies and products on the way (something that two other companies did in quite a vicious manner). On the day of installation, Carter, Nolan and Bobby did a masterful job of getting the machinery through a trap door into the basement. Over three days of work, they were professional and patient, even when bumping into a few nasty glitches during installation, offering alternatives and keeping me updated. I was impressed by how much they respected my property, cleaned up after themselves and were excellent communicators in explaining very complicated machinery and processes -- and I was impressed by their workmanship and knowledge (the parts I could understand and follow anyway!). For a homeowner (me) laying out thousands and thousands of dollars, all this was more than reassuring. I'd highly recommend this team of four Enercare staff!
