Poorly run company. I had a small practice in Kelowna, and hadn’t scheduled a pick up, but they came and picked up a massive sharps container that was empty and charged me for it, and refused to take accountability. Then, after going through health issues I had to close my practice and file for bankruptcy (3 years ago), and they still email me bills, some that look new even though I no longer have a practice, and even though the debts have been absolved in the bankruptcy. I have contacted them numerous times to resolve this. This is why I am leaving this review. If you want bogus charges and poor administration use this company, if not keep shopping. I can’t imagine the amount of money larger clients are losing to this company and their poor management.

I've been using Daniels services at my workplaces for the past 3 years or so and they have been fabulous! Our rep, Jeff, is great. Always quick to reply to any questions I may have and make sure things are working well for us. They have far better customer service and much fairer pricing than other biowaste disposal companies out there! Highly recommend!

Daniel's service has been excellent since the time we moved to reusable sharps containers across our campus. They met with us to review all options, review their service and how it would best fit for our needs. They performed a full review of our campus and rooms prior to beginning the installation. They also performed and supported the installation of all the wall mounted brackets and ensured we had additional supplies on site after install. They have also provided other data to measure our biomedical waste streams and ensure we are being as effective and efficient as possible. Our orders are always met, and deliveries are on schedule. Our rep Dalton is quick to respond and always willing to assist with any request. Service has been excellent all around and highly recommend.

I've dealt with Daniels Medical Waste programs with a previous employer. I had a great experience with their team and they provide a high quality product & service. Their sharps disposal service is very easy to use and the quality of the dispensers and lock boxes are top notch.

Terrible business to deal with. I've rarely had calls returned and trying to have questions answered is next to impossible. When I found their pricing strategy confusing, my sales rep spoke to me condescendingly and wouldn't let me get a word in edgewise. I've been waiting for my rep to contact me since November...it's February. I've dealt with some terrible companies and these guys may be at the top of my list.
