I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. The doctor, an older lady, was extremely unprofessional and dismissive. Before my appointment, I made it clear that I had two concerns, yet she refused to address both in the same visit and told me to book another appointment just to get a simple answer.

When I asked about changing my medication, she offered no explanation or discussion—just told me to go to the counter and pick it up. If I already knew what to take, why would I need a doctor’s consultation? A medical professional should explain treatment options and ensure the change is appropriate, not just rush patients out.

Overall, this clinic felt like a “go, go, go” assembly line, with no real concern for patient care. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for proper medical attention.

If I could give a zero, I would What is the point of a walk-in clinic when it’s locked during business hours? Not only that your website does not work. It’s got traces of scams and fraud on your website. This place should be shut down. I feel like I’m dying internally. What if I couldn’t make it to the hospital? Or Mississauga‘s clinic? The GTA/Canada is doomed. We should all just move out now. (Nov 10,2024)

I want to give zero stars just don’t have the option. I had the worst experience ever. So unprofessional. I had a document from college which I needed to fill after all the tests. They didn’t scan in the system and the doctor took it with her. Due to which they didn’t gave me the documents on time and I got fine from my college. I completed everything on time due to them being unprofessional and losing my form I got fine from my college. They even told me my MMR shots are done and then they fill in the form yet to be given. Anyone reading this, if there is any problem and you call them and they say we are gonna call back then let me tell you they never do. I called 1 week every day and every day same response that we are gonna give you call back by evening. Then they disappear. So so so poor medical centre ever. Their reviews the bad ones are actually correct.

I had a disappointing experience at this clinic. The doctors were unprofessional and failed to provide an accurate diagnosis. On multiple occassions, I sought a second opinion at another urgent care clinic and a hospital on the same day, and both offered a much better assessment. I strongly recommend avoiding this clinic and seeking care elsewhere for more reliable medical advice.

Other than the senior doctor, non others appear to know what they are doing. The staff appears las though they don’t want to be there or are just passing time - completely unenthusiastic and void of life. Even with no one in the waiting room there is long wait times, and you’d have a better time winning the lottery than getting someone on the phone to speak with. I will definitely try to find another clinic to attend. It’s quite disappointing to see how this medical centre has significantly deteriorated on service quality.

I went in there to get a doctors note which says that I am fit to go back to work and there doctor (Dr. Ireen Girgis) gave me a note which says I was sick on particular days, I was in a rush so i didn’t read the letter, I just sent it to my manager and got busy.

I got a call back from manager the other day thats its not good, so I went back to the clinic to get it corrected and they charged me again for that. They dont even take card payments only Cash or Intrac so that they can cheat over with taxes

One thing I wanna say to Dr. Ireen is to select a different profession if u wanna make mistakes, cuz this aint the one where u can do so. Learn how to make everyone’s time, money and efforts worth coming to u .

Same management as Royal West Location. This place is a joke.

Terrible at setting appointments.

They will charge you random fees for forms that go UP each time you visit.

They will even charge you for forms that need family doctor declaration from the GOVERNMENT OF CANADA.

They will of course ALSO charge you to sign up with the clinic.

If you decide to leave them....yep you guessed it. They WILL charge you to move to the other doctor's office.

The "management" here is just trying to get your money every way possible.
