Outstanding service! The nurse practicioner was extremely knowledgeable and helped with our travel plans to multiple destinations in Peru. Her expertise in knowing which vaccinations were compatible with other current medications and health conditions was exceptional. I have visited many travel clinics in the past, and this visit was the most detailed and comprehensive ever!

I received my travel vaccines from this clinic and the staff were very professional, patient, and took their time to explain all of the necessary information on preventative measures and the vaccines. There was no wait and the staff were very efficient and thorough. Highly recommend!

They provide great service, but I do not think an office fee is necessary. The cost of the yellow fever vaccine is already relatively high. Overall, the staff was very friendly and professional.

This is to the nurse/receptionist that denied our 7 month old baby because we were 3-5 minutes past their late policy.

I understand rules are policy are in place for a reason but to denied a 7 month old baby because you wouldn't make a small exception is absolutely disgusting.

That receptionist should be ashamed of herself and if this is truly the clinic's policy and no exception can be made few minutes past the late policy or for a baby then you should be ashamed to be enforcing such strict policy.

I hope one of you face a situation were your loved ones are in need of medical attention and you are denied. Especially to that disgusting inhumane unsympathetic receptionist.

You lack a sense of human compassion and empathy. Get therapy and do better.

The most unprofessional nurse we ever met, I was running 3 mins late and the nurse was extremely rude and unprofessional and refused to take us in and we went for a vaccination for a baby. She wasn't willing to make any exceptions and dealth with the situation in the most unprofessional manner. She was absolutely horrible, they need to hire better people.
