Wouldn’t comment but there is ongoing issues with appointments. Doctors are very nice. However, the Receptionists are rude and they never listen to you. They slam their opinions on your face and disconnects the phone. If you women there reading this comment bring some compassion in you. People go to doctor with problems they don’t wanna deal with your “not so right” behaviour. Grow up you guys have a huge responsibility

I became a patient of Dr Shilash last year and I must say he is one of the most amazing doctor I have ever seem. He is very humble, respectful and always willing to listen. For the short time I have been his patient he has helped me so much and I have full faith and confidence in him. I recently brought my parents to him and they absolutely love him. I wish there was more doctors like him.

I have bad experience with front desk staff, specially The Indian old lady who always set on second chair , she is so rude , even doctor gave appointment but she denied . She don’t know how to handle patients , doctors are good , also other staff is supportive but i don't know why people who don’t have patients they are handling front desk with depressed face. So, i am not happy with front desk staff.

I am really happy with this clinic and how well organized they are. I just recently came to the walk in and the receptionist was so friendly and kind (not sure her name). Also, Erica, one of the main receptionist is so friendly, caring and compassionate, she always greets me by name and even remembered to congratulate me on my new born baby, and I hadn't even brought him in yet. She is so lovely and extremely accommodating. Everyone is so lovely here. Dr. Agarwal is my GP and he is phenomenal, I couldn't ask for a better doctor. He is knowledgeable, compassionate, caring and thoughtful, everything a good doctor should be.

Dr. Manson Mak has been my family doctor for many years. He's patient and caring. The staff at the clinic is top notch very kind and professional. They get their job done quick and always called me back if there was a followup required. Thank you all the doctors, nurses and staff!

I am giving one star solely based on my experiences I have had with the receptionists. I have been with BEM for over 10 years, one thing that hasn't changed is the attitude of the receptionists towards the patients. You only need one person to spoil the image of all receptionists. The one I spoke to was rude, "huffing and puffing" over the phone like she had to be somewhere and when asked to book an appointment for a requested date she says out aloud, "OMG!" That was it for me and I snapped at her for being so rude and that her behavior was unacceptable. I wonder if the HR even takes our complaints seriously and looks into such situations because if they had, the reviews wouldn't be this bad and the receptionists wouldn't be this rude!

It is a busy clinic. The front desk staff have always been friendly. They are doing their best to meet the needs of the patients in the office, on the phone and co-coordinating with other doctor's offices and specialists. And yes if I call at 830 when they open I expect to be on hold for a few minutes. All of the doctors keep emergency appointments daily that can only be booked the day of. The walk in clinic is great, every day till 7 and Saturday Mornings till early afternoon.
