I had strep throat a few months ago. I went to a different clinic because it opened earlier they gave me antibiotics. I felt like I was getting the same symptoms, throat and neck swelling, pain, coughing. This doctor who checked me here was horrible! He checked my throat, my breathing and my throat which is tender to touch and said that some people take longer to recover than others. No medication! This is crazy! I've been going here for years and not once have I come in with someone major and left without a prescription for something. This doctor is horrible!

I wish I could give this a One star. To the doctor gave me zero attention and who barely checked me over- I’d like you to know That I ended up with a pneumonia. I was told I was completely fine and I should just go home and drink water, after I was quickly hurried through the doctors appointment because clearly he was overloaded with other patients. I had to beg the doctor to even just check my throat. If you are seriously ill, or need something more than just a prescription refill, please Do not go here. It’s a waste of your time and can cost you your health. Thank goodness, my family members pushed me to pursue a different opinion because I still would’ve been Suffering thinking I was “fine”.

For those seeing Dr.Zaidi save yourself some time and go buy over the counter med.
I was diagnosed with something which thankfully my previous family doctor still gave me the specialist referral and my treatment started.
But with Dr.Zaidi, he always minimize and suggest its normal and you should put some ice or warm water.
Honestly this place with such doctors should have their licence revoked.

The receptionist in this office is completely unprofessional and does not answer calls. When they do answer, put you on hold and hang up. The file your medical records incorrectly and when you follow up about where your prescriptions are, they simply say go somewhere else.

Dr.Zaidi is the most unkind and inadequate doctor. He needs to reassess his life as a doctor. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC

I hope i can give less than one star. The girl working at customer service at around 9 am on july 20 doesn’t how to talk to their patient and even disconnects my phone. 4 times.
