Been having the worst month of my life in terms of health, in and out of the er, with a new doctor telling me it’s something different every time just for the doctor at my latest visit that never once looked me in the eyes is claiming it’s anxiety and there’s nothing going on even though my charts, labs and records show I’m having health issues not mental health issues… and heaven forbid you try to advocate for yourself they’ll treat you like you’re stupid and send you home. They were rude and condescending, and had little to no compassion. Overall horrible experience.

the wait is always super long and some nurses are very rude and lack any sense of compassion. I've been made to feel bad by a few of them and was also treated very poorly by two my last visit a night ago when multiple different nurses had to each try to get an IV into me the first two nurses where both very mean and cruel and made me cry and go into a panic attack! the other three after them where very nice but there are alot of them who lack compassion and lack kindness they are only there to get paid instead of help people....my grandmother used to work there as an RN and she did not treat people like the way some of the nurses at this hospital now treat patients!!! she was and still is a caring woman who did her job and also was there to help people showed lots of compassion even after long shifts and even dealing with some rude patients she still made sure to keep her cool and be compassionate with patients! even the ones who sometimes get one people's nerves! ....

My mother (82 yrs old) ended up at the emergency after falling on Sept 5 2022 at around 3pm. Her head hit the corner tv unit and she ended up with a pretty serious cut. She was shaking by the whole ordeal. My mother asked I send this comment so she could say Thank you to all the staff that was there to take care of her that day. She was so relief and please how everyone was so helpful, calm and caring. My mother does not speak English. She was appreciative that there was always someone there to translate in French. My sister and I also want to Thank you for all that you do in a daily basis and how well you took care of our mother. ❤️

Thank you very much to the emergency hospital staff who worked on June 18-19-20-21. Thank you very much for helping me for 4 days, three times a day. Thank you so much to the doctors for quickly responding to a severe inflammation of the tooth. and I ended up in the hospital after a visit to miramichi smiles family dentistry. where I went a few weeks ago for help with a severe toothache. Dr. Shearer.S took a picture and said that my teeth are healthy, there are no problems, she just prescribed an antibiotic, and then they said, if it hurts, go to emergency. miramichi smile family dentistry
acted unprofessionally. what happened to me can happen to others. please choose good dentists, so that what happened to me would not happen. it is very dangerous and scary. that's how I got into emergencies with a severe tooth infection.

I have been attending chemo in the oncology dept since April 2021. Words cannot describe the great care I've received from Dr Hadad and Dr Watts and all the nurses on staff there. Their compassion, empathy and genuine care is felt in word and deed. I am grateful for the this facility and these great people I've met there.
