I brought my grandmother to this clinic because she lost everything due to the flooding in NC, and as her only family, the rescue workers sent her to me. They refused to take her on as a client, but did see her at their walk-in. She was down to 2 pills of a DAILY medication so I called to confirm that they would just renew the prescription that had been written, while understanding they wouldn’t take her on as a client. I was put on hold, and then the woman came back on the line and said that yes, they could renew the prescription. I called the pharmacy 3 hours later and was told they never faxed the prescription. I called the clinic back in the morning, and they LIED that they never said they would renew the prescription. This clinic is willing to endanger elderly patients LIVES. Unacceptable!! They should be investigated for malpractice.

Very poor service. The person who answered the phone was very rude. I tried to explain the emergency issue keep cutting me off and hang up the phone.

Best part of the place is the staff who work at the front desk. After that, be prepared for rude nurse/nurse practitioners. And non-caring doctors(if you get to see one of the many revolving doctors on staff). Been here almost 10 years. Only here because no other doctors in my area are accepting new patients. Avoid this health center if you have the option.

Very bad attention on the phone calls. They don’t interest in the person who is calling them. They don’t have appointments available early and is impossible to call my doctor I need book an appointment in one week…..

This place doesn't even deserve a 1 star. I started with them a year ago, because of the pandemic all my appointment were by phone and most of them reschedule due to the lack of compromise from their nurses who forget to call patients. I am pregnant and for the last four months I was able to have 1 appointment. I scheduled my second prenatal for October 25th at 5 pm that day of the appointment got a called and was canceled because Nurse Karla was "sick" anyways I reschedule for today November 15 (3 weeks after because she's too busy and no one else can see me). Today they called and canceled again NO REASON but possible "sick" again. This is ridiculous, if anything went wrong with my pregnancy or if something happened to me there is no service or response from this people. Avoid coming to this place. not worthy!!!

This place is a complete management and healthcare failure. The only way to book an appointment is to call the day if appointment. This is so inconvenient as most of the times nobody picks up and you can’t plan. The nurses are not well trained and can’t even fill simple forms. The diagnoses is always poor and mother suffered been here. Finally got her to to local clinic which diagnosed she has an allergy but the nurses were giving her cold over the counter medication for a month. The reception is rude.

I understand that covid stretched the responsibilities of our health care workers, yet they do their best to care for us. I have enjoyed the various services they offer till date.
