I recently had the pleasure of being treated by Dr. Patel, and I can’t speak highly enough of the care I received. Dr. Patel is an amazing doctor who truly cares about his patients. From the moment I walked into his office, he made me feel heard and understood. He took the time to listen to all my concerns and was incredibly attentive to every detail.

I came to Dr. Patel with a back injury that had been bothering me for quite some time. His proactive approach to treatment made all the difference. He didn’t just focus on temporary relief but worked to address the root cause of the issue. Thanks to his expertise and dedication, my back is now pain-free, and I feel better than I have in years.

If you’re looking for a doctor who combines skill with genuine compassion, I highly recommend Dr. Patel. He’s simply outstanding!

I found the front desk staff to be way too unprofessional and rude. They ignored me while having a conversation with each other, failing to make even eye contact despite my presence. I waited and said hello, but they still didn’t respond & I had to repeat myself saying excuse me to get response This was particularly frustrating as I was already in pain, and their indifference only added to my distress.

Additionally, I was shocked to learn that they only accept cash or health cards and do not accept insurance, debit, or credit cards. This policy seems unreasonable and left me in a difficult position, forcing me to leave and find an ATM for cash. Overall, my experience was very disappointing. If I could give them zero stars. Never visiting again

I have visited this walk in clinic for 2 years and I also bring my family here. Dr Amar Patel is very professional and knowledgeable. He always treats with care and understanding. His diagnosis is perfect and I never got further follow ups.
This clinic is always busy as patients are coming from far to visit the drs.
Dr Abdullah Qadir is a new doctor, I made him a family doctor and he is also a good doctor

I arrived with a serious finger injury just half an hour before closing time, and Dr. Patel went above and beyond to ensure I received the best care possible. Despite the late hour, they took the time to thoroughly assess the injury, provide detailed explanations, and perform an expert treatment. Their professionalism, kindness, and genuine concern for my well-being were evident throughout the entire process. Thanks to Dr. Patel, this level of dedication and compassion is truly exceptional. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!. CHEAP CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Receptionist doesn’t have any manners how to speak to a client who is already in a distress of disease. She just said ‘don’t you have common sense’. Very unprofessional way of talking she was giving side eyes on every word of mine. I just wanted to get doctor’s notes and I did the same thing I always did in other clinics . Instead of talking politely, she was ignoring me badly. The pharmacist was nice. The receptionist also doesn’t wear any name tag so that nobody can know her name but this is unprofessional to address a customer without knowing your name. They are saying that they are different from others. Most cheap ways to address a customer and make money.

Staff Incompetence and putting patients life at risk.
This morning on Oct 6/24 between 9 and 9:330 am while attention the clinic for blood work... I noticed the staff taking blood did not change her gloves from one patient to another.. I asked the staff why she didn't change her gloves? She say no, she sanitized it..This is unacceptable, to believe that a staff who is taking blood is so negligent and incompetent. She would actually use the same dirty gloves to remove blood from patients to patients if I didnt stop her. I had to stop her in her tracks and asked her to change gloves and wash her hands. The staff became very defensive and rude stating she sanitize the gloves...Do they not know the preamble to the standard changing gloves between patients contact and infection control practice to eliminate patients to patients transmission of disease
She is really lacking the knowledge to do her job..
Am glad I informed one of the doctors that was standing by and as the doctor indicated, she will definitely take care of the situation.. Hoping they all learn from this and provide education to their staff.

DO NOT GO HERE EVER PLEASE, The main desk lady is way to rude every time i go i have to ignore her rudeness but this time she made me write a review i had to go to fill up a document from my family doctor upon asking my reason of visit she said very rudely “we do
not do any documentation” even tho i had talked to my family doctor before coming. About the best timing for him to fill up a document. Well i got it to an appointment with doctor. I had to get a stamp from a front desk again she said you have to pay $50 cash. I did not had any cash with me. Went all the way to ATM got her $50. When i gave her $50 she yelled at me saying i asked you to get $150 well i had to talk to my doctor. She did not gave me any appointment again to talk to her other lady on the counter got me in with doctor. When i came outside and gave her money she didn’t took me the other girl was like okay let me help you out she took my money gave me my documents. On my way out i asked her what your name and she was out of his mind saying i do not need to tell you my name i am a supervisor here. She need to learn some basic manners before providing any costumer service.
I please advise the higher management to look into this matter. It’s not first or second time we always encounter this issue and this girl making you loose your patience’s. I do see a-lot of negative reviews bit i wonder why you guys do not take any serious action. If this goes on for a while now i will for sure change my family doctor because I can’t ruined my mood just because of her on every visit.

Our visit to see Dr Ajaypal and the front desk staff was way more than horrible. He just said the front desk (morning staff) girls can take care of the stud that was stuck behind my daughter’s ear which caused bleeding and pain. They had tools and they are allowed to do that minor procedure to take that out. They were just lazy Indian girls and sent us to Brampton Civic which sent us back to another urgent care and the other doctor refused to see since in the system Dr Ajay already seen us either we have to pay $75 or visit next day. In total we just wasted our half of the day and patience because of unprofessionalism of the Corner Stone lazy and uneducated staff
