I was taken care of professionally and efficiently, both by the reception staff and the doctors. The waiting room was not full and for a Saturday morning I found that surprising. I quickly learned that was due to how quickly they get people in. I received a prescription for my needs and was back home again in an hour. This team is the best.

Very accommodating and friendly staff. I would definitely recommend them. If non-urgent, I suggest going on Tuesdays and Thursdays, as the doctor on duty on those days is great!

I speak only of my two experiences. Both times I went for symptomatic assessment for a likely infection. The receptionists were super nice, the lobby was very clean, wall pictures are a riot (comically speaking only -think traditional medicine, ultra graphic- please note, maybe as a parent shield your child from the art work in the patient exam rooms...)The doctors were different guys but both were nice (Dr Sharif, and the second doctor's name I forget but he looked like the Transporter) and both were absolutely correct both times about the course of treatment and steered me through some pretty scary and difficult symptoms. The second doctor I saw even offered to help me with the root cause, when he found out I had no family doctor anymore. It was an extra kindness that was greatly appreciated. Thanks for doing the work all!

If I could put zero stars I would. 3 times my son has tried to be seen at this clinic, and every time he is turned away saying they are at max capacity. Turning people away 2 hours prior to closing is just ridiculous when there are only about 10 people in the waiting area. We will definitely not return

The ladies at the desk were not the nicest. Very loud announcing my personal information during check in. Called 3 people in that showed up after me, when I went to the desk to inform them they said “we thought you left”. I would be more understanding if I was using the restroom or something then maybe they would’ve called my name. But nope I was sitting there the whole 2 and 1/2 hours… will not be returning here.

Dr. Matthew is the best. I can not thank him enough. He really knows what he is doing. Experienced, quick and informative. The receptionist ladies were also really nice.

I visited this clinic for the first time and had a great experience. The receptionists, Robin and Chloe, were exceptionally kind and welcoming. During my visit, the doctor prescribed an ultrasound, but the imaging center informed me that they were only scheduling urgent cases. I reached out to the clinic to explain the situation, and they promptly provided me with alternative options and even asked me to update them once I secured an appointment. I’ve never encountered a clinic that follows up on a patient’s imaging appointments—it truly made me feel cared for.

Dr. Dandrea was calm, knowledgeable, and took the time to listen without rushing through the consultation. His expertise and patient-centered approach stood out. Based on this experience, I’ve decided to make this my go-to clinic.

Went an hour before they closed and they wouldn’t accept me. Lady at the counter wouldn’t even acknowledge me. Have been trying to get a prescription filled for months and can’t because everything is closed by the time I’m done work. Drove 20mins for no reason. 0 human decency. Don’t put you’re open till 8 if you’re not going to stay open till 8. Also don’t join the healthcare field if you don't care.
